Got this at Knit Whit's Yarn and Craft in Baileys Harbor, Wisconsin. fingering/sock weight (22 WPI). I'm 75% sure it wasn't from a local dyer in that area. Unsure of fiber content.

So glad I found this group!

I have had this yarn for years. It came in a more doughnutty shape, I've spun it into this. More than likely purchased in the UK or if not it would have been online. I dont remember it ever having an identifying sleeve. I've found similar but all the colours are too bright, these are like washed out? I don't quite know if they'd be considered pastel. Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you so much!

I’m using this for a pillow for my brother and think i might run out. It’s a pretty soft acrylic i’m pretty sure. I got it from a friend already half used.

Spotlight Mill Ends

Hi all,

Got these mill ends at a NSW Spotlight and theyre such a nice colour scheme and incredibly soft that I'd love help identifying it so I could buy more.

Did the WPI and its approx. 9-10 wraps, or medium/worsted weight. Works well with a 5.0mm hook.

Bernat blanket yarn maybe?

Yarn ID help please

I have a friend who wants me to make this for them but I have no idea what yarn it could be. They said they saw it on a fb group. When I reverse image searched it only brought up pictures of actual buds. 😂 please help it def looks like blanket yarn of some sort. I feel like I’ve seen it at Michael’s or something.

What kind of yarn is this? Or similar??

I want to find something similar to this yarn but I’m new to crochet and don’t know yarn types as I’ve only worked with sugar n cream cotton before. Thanks for any help or suggestions and if there’s any resource page for yarn types please let me know!

Wool plied over twine?

I picked up some of this at a secondhand store (no label or tags) but can't find anything about it online, either on image search or using the keywords in my subject line here.

Anybody know who makes this or what it's called? It's rather bulky and is definitely wool or a high % blend.
