I know Saskatchewan already has our Silph Ranger (SirJames, great guy), I was wondering if I should apply as a Guide for the Saskatoon region? (I hope I haven't got that backwards >_< )

Saskatoon has a very healthy discord community, and I've been doing my best in helping people connect to the Saskatchewan server, helping to promote the Silph Road, I've been a volunteer for Community Days.

What else would be part of the official position in the Silph Road?

It will be amazing if they manage to do an update to the Atlas to allow merging of nests, and it sounds like an official position might be required for something like that, and it would be cool to help with that.

Looks like we are getting less items in presents. Which is not a bad thing as I had to keep dumping items. Would like to see a change on the number of presents we can open in a day.

Before the new gym system I spent a lot of time going from Salmon Arm to Kamloops and to Kelowna. Meeting players between those places as I went. I miss those chats with all the Players and the fun we had with the gyms. The current gym system stopped me from traveling as much. Better on my gas bill but not on my need for the social interaction. Gym Raids and 3rd Saturday Events have been a great help bringing the players together. Alrighty travelers, any tips on where to get elusive pokemon and rares in your areas?

What does this mean for you?

Well, as of right now, not much. Rangers are Provincial Level, and they'll be deputizing Guides at the City/Regional level to help organize and facilitate trades once that's a thing. They're your go-to folks if you have questions about stuff, along with myself, so don't be shy to reach out to them!

In the meantime, we are still looking for Rangers for the Yukon, Alberta, and Northwest Territories!

If you are in one of those Provinces and you want to get involved with the Road, shoot me a message!

I've heard of a couple charmander nests at Olympic village in Vancouver and we are out that way today. Anyone know how often nests tend to spawn?

Once a day, couple times a day, constantly? LOL

Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I am finding the Silph Road App pokedex to not have a lot of data in it for my region as far as sightings, and nests are straight disabled in it. Is there a place where people have maps of sightings set up?

I was thinking about this because I have found a Jynx on 170 street across from the garbage dump (near the light) 4 times in the exact same spot. I've never seen another Jynx anywhere else. I'm assuming there must be other places around like this in which we can find some rares...

Has anyone else got some recurring sightings like this?
