Welsh Premier League History
The Welsh Premier League (Welsh: Uwch Gynghrair Cymru) is the national football league for Wales. It has both professional and semi-professional status clubs and is at the top of the Welsh football league system. Prior to 2002, the league was known as the League of Wales, but changed its name as part of a sponsorship deal. Currently, the full sponsored name of the league is the Corbett Sports Welsh Premier Football League.
The Welsh Premier League is ranked by the UEFA coefficient in 48th place out of 53 current members.
Congratulations to current champions T.N.S with their 8th Championship, and commiserations to Afan Lido who have been relegated and will be replaced by the Cefn Druids next season.

Does any one know how to automatically add fixtures to a Google Calendar? I used the sky sports website for the English premier league and champions league but there's no option for the Cymru Premier?
We are a fledgling podcast husband and wife team based in USA called New to the Crew, we cover Columbus Crew games, but outside of the US season we tour countries to visit stadiums and go to a game if we can. From England originally although my wife is American. This winter we will be road tripping around Wales and trying to visit all 12 Welsh Premier League grounds (as well as the National Stadium), and also attending Bala Town v Newtown on Dec 30. Looking for anyone interested in coming on an episode of our pod to discuss the Welsh Premier League in general or Bala Town as a club. Let us know at new2thecrew96@gmail.com

Fri 17 Oct 19:30 KO - Carmarthen vs TNS.
A top of the table clash, with TNS hot favourites - but can the underdogs close the gap at the top? We all know TNS are going to end up 1st or there abouts but how far can teams surrounding them keep up? 6 points separate the two teams, can it be cut to just three? Both teams enjoyed big wins last time out, are we in for a goal fest?
Fri 17 Oct 19:45 KO - Bangor vs Cefn Druids
Bangor's early season form needs to run around and turn around quickly. Can they beat newly promoted Cefn Druids in this bottom of the table clash - 2 teams seperate them but 8 points is the difference - Bangor desperately need to cut the deficit and climb the table.
