This was in my yard pointed at my neighbors house for weeks before I picked it up
Not exactly sure what it is. Looks like a motion sensor camera or something like that. Weird thing is I never noticed it until after said neighbors house burned down. Thought it was some trash left behind by the fire fighters. The local Trash men have also been known to get lazy and leave small bits of trash around as well so I assumed this was just a styrofoam cup until I finally was able to cut the grass on a day off.

Static Electricity Sifting Powdered Sugar
