Hi everyone, I've developed a platform called SuperMint.ca that lets you automatically give your donor an NFT when they donate above a certain amount on your donation page. The idea is to create even more of an incentive for the donor to make a higher donation (especially if the NFT is really well designed and demonstrates your mission).

I tried to make it as simple as possible; you don't need to know anything about how Crypto or NFTs work (you don't need a Crypto wallet) and just want to focus on giving back to your donors with something tangible. Cost right now is $2 each time your donor gets an NFT, hopefully it'll be negligible if it incentivizes a higher donation.

SuperMint doesn’t change what charities are already doing—it just gives them the ability to add a valuable digital reward component to their existing donation site.

The charity only needs to do 3 things on the SuperMint site,

1. Design at least 1 NFT in the editor
2. Set the min amount a donor needs to donate to get one
3. Once a donation is made on your charity site, send an email to confirm@donation.supermint.ca with the donor's email address and the donation amount. This can easily be automated by setting up your email client to auto-forward your donation receipts (complete instructions on the site). That way, you really don't have to do anything after its set up (just make sure it contains the donor's email and donation amount).

Since the NFT minting only requires an email sent to us, it could be used with any platform, GoFundMe, JustGiving, etc.., as long as the email contains the donor's email and donation amount, the NFT will be minted.

Optional step: Add a line to your donation page about how donations above a certain amount will receive an NFT.

We own a small business that is about to start hiring people for production. Currently, everyone clocks time using pen and paper since it is all family owned/worked.

Over the past month, I’ve been building a bunch of small apps to experiment with what’s possible. One of my latest projects is something I threw together in a day and would like to share here: a program that automatically generates AI art using code. As in actual interactive, digitally calculated, 2D and 3D computer software, rather than a flat image or video.

The idea is simple: you describe what you want, and it creates it. Digital art, animations, interactive systems—you name it. It uses engines like Canvas 2D, Three.js, and D3.js to generate visuals based on your prompts.

For example, you can say (with your actual voice):

• “Create a city skyline at sunset with glowing lights.”
• “Make a 3D particle galaxy with swirling stars.”
• “Show energy and water flows in a hilly neighborhood with some particle animations.”

And it’ll do its best to make something. It’s not perfect, but it’s fun. You can tweak the results by refining your prompts or letting the app iterate on its own.

Why I Made It

Honestly, I just wanted to see if I could. Over the past month, I’ve been exploring how quickly I can turn ideas into functional apps, and it’s been wild. Some apps, like this one, come together in a single day. Others, like my Instant Presentation Generator or Automatic Google Drive Reorganizer, took a little longer.

It’s not groundbreaking, but it’s deeply satisfying to build tools like this and see how far you can push creative workflows with minimal effort.

Figma doesn't provide an option to hide its floating toolbar without also hiding the side panels. For those of us who are already familiar with its shortcuts and prefer to work with the keyboard, the toolbar is an unnecessary distraction.

Since Figma is a web based application, it's UI is drawn using a combination of HTML + CSS. By exploiting this knowledge, it's possible to customize almost every aspect of the UI, allowing us to hide the floating toolbar.

In this tutorial, I will show you how to do just that, using the Sylus extension. The instructions shown here will work not only on the browsers shown in the video (Chrome, Firefox and Edge), but also on any browser that supports Chrome extensions (such as Brave Browser, for example).
