Look up the settlements Wawa had to pay in 2016 and 2018 for screwing over their long time employees.
And there’s more lawsuits for unpaid overtime.
And they give out socks on “Values Days”
Know who they really are.
I'm all for a food hack, especially to save a couple bucks, but I'm torn, I think this might be going too far? 🤨
What do ya'll think, especially people who work at Wawa?
Which one of yall is this 😂
my bf and i both worked together at the same store when we were both csas(gm knew about our relationship). he has since left the company and i am currently in the process of a promotion to TS but my bf wants to come back to wawa. he says he cant work at the same store as me now since we are on different levels. i dont mind if he works at a different store or the same store, just want to know if that is actually an official wawa policy ?
Okay so I (27, TS) have been working for Wawa going on five years now, and this current store I’m at has recently gotten a transferred associate (22,CSA). I’ve heard she is very all over the place, I haven’t exchanged more than 10 words with the girl to even begin to know her as a person or even worked a shift with her yet. My co-TS gets to run some second shifts every other week or so. They have been extremely displeased with her, since she keeps telling other associates that they are giving her anxiety because of how they run their shift (keep in mind they have only recently became a TS and are very new to the whole running and being responsible for a whole shift other than overnight) so they are a bit frantic, but making sure that everyone’s breaks needs are met and that the shift is completing their tasks and that they can get what they need to get done done. So overall what I’m trying to say is how do I go about talking to this girl because she has already sat down with upper management regarding the comments she has made, but she is still going on and on. What is the best way to approach her without being put in the drama, because I love my co-TS they are a good friend of mine, but I also don’t want to cause any problems. I know this girl can easily be transferred back to her other store, but she came here to get offered help to move up in the company and I don’t know what to do because I’m honestly tired of hearing all the petty little comments throughout the store, it’s quite annoying. So please, any advice would be appreciated.
Just helping anyone out if they have an interview coming up
Hey guys, i just wanted to know what people’s biggest gripes with wawa are. Mine is not scheduling appropriate staffing for shifts. I’d appreciate it if you shared.
So i’m part of the med program and on my break i smoked up. Then at the end of my shift i got pulled in and talked to about it saying it was against the company policy and got threatened with termination. I’m just confused because i am part of the program and i didn’t do it in the store or in front of anyone. I just did it on my break in my car. Am i not even allowed to use it even though i am part of the medical marijuana program?
Last night I saw the promotion. Today, I saw just a banner on screen for hot turkey.
I tried customizing a bowl, but I couldn't add mash and stuffing.
Hey everyone!
I'm doing some research on Theatro and wanted to ask those of you who have already used it, what is your favorite feature.
Wanted to know how you used it and how it helped you.
Thank you!
My Credit Card is expiring this month, so I need to update it. No option, just "remove". I removed the card and went to add it back and the Save button at the bottom disappears. Known bug, or what?
Edit: Seems this is an issue only on my Pixel 7 Pro. I used a different phone and the Save button appears normally.
I keep trying to reload my gift card in the Wawa app, but for about 2 weeks it gives me an error message every time. Even tried to open a new gift card on the app (instead of reloading), but that also got error coded. Has anyone else had this problem?
Sometimes I forget to put utensils in the delivery bag because the screen doesn’t tell me too 😭
Does anyone have a copy of the paper with the sample questions for the TS interview?? I’m on vacation for the week and have my interview when I return and forgot the damn paper my GM gave me. Thanks in advance!!!!
I bought $37 in gas. I looked and had 2 charges bc rocket money told me. Both posted. I called the store and they told me to call corporate. Corporate said they’d resolve, then sent this today. I had to issue a chargeback and get a new card. My car can’t even hold $52 in gas. The charges both said Wawa.
Keep an eye on your shit.
I understand there are holes in the packaging to make sure the donuts don't get soggy, but I cant even set one of these things down without getting crumbs everywhere while its still wrapped up.. I preferred putting them in a real bag without holes, the way they used to sell them..
I don't get donuts all the time but this makes me want them even less..
Does this bother anyone else?
What’s up everyone hope you’re all having an amazing day! Quick question for y’all, I saw the gorgeous looking Stanley cup type, these are really useful for my job cause it’s long days and I like my water cold. Has anyone tried them? Does it really keep the cold ?
Looking to buy a little piece of Wawa to bring home I only come in the US sometimes and LOVE wawa let me tell y’all lmao. Anyways thanks everyone ! 🫶
Interviews for the lead position are coming up in my store in the beginning of January. Im not crazy worried about my ability in the store, working and doing stuff, but I feel like Im very weak in an interview with on the spot questions and finding answers. My AGM has already said that im the highest prospect to become a lead, and everyone else on the management team has come to me asking if I was interested in being a lead and that they thought Id be a good fit for it.
Ive been working here since around June, so Im nervous about not knowing as much as some others going for the position, but I know Im a quick learner and my GM knows it too. During my 60 day review, my GM told me she thought I would be a good lead, or even TS if I wanted to skip being a Lead. My current AGM and my FBM both think its a good idea for me to move into a lead position first, and then move up to TS so it isnt as drastic a change for me, so thats what Im planning on doing. Hoping Ill feel comfortable and confident enough come March to go for TS.
Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone could give some insight about any questions or what kind of feel the interview for Lead is like? We had a GMIT in our store and he told me all the interviews at every level is basically the same questions, but I just wanted to know if anyone had some advice for me.. again either what the questions will be, if the interviews are a bit more relaxed, just kind of anything that could help me prepare a bit more. Id really appreciate it, thanks!
My company gives me $50 a day for lunch but I think I can get away with using it for gas. What happens when I pay for it inside along side a drink and a hoagie? Does it list the transaction as a gas transaction on the receipt? Also how does it process it in the system? Is it different than when it goes through a pump? Thank you in advance!!!!!
It's back
