Is there a way to get a transfer approved if your GM says no? I work overnights and I’m really not getting along with the main overnight supervisor. I’ve talked to my boss about it and asked to move shifts, or work doubles to try to work with away from this specific TS as much as possible, but he’s not really budging. I want to ask for a transfer to my roommates store but I’m really afraid he’s going to tell me no because they want to promote me to be the next TS. I love working for Wawa in general, and it was great until this TS was promoted.

I’m considering just leaving in general but I’d prefer to stay with Wawa if possible.

It’s not specific on the paper with all of the plans but what does it mean regarding my the prescription plan when it states Base, Buy Up, and Buy Down ? I’m tryna get the best benefits but try to get as close to no deductible as i can.

So I work for 9 hrs tonight do we get paid for the full 9 hrs my gm said he didn’t know so I’m hoping someone does. Wouldn’t it be against the labor laws to not pay for the whole 9 hrs that you worked

What are the commands to leave a message for the store team? Also can only managers do it how about CSA?

I’ve noticed the last few trips there’s been no Wawa branded coffee creamers at the coffee bar. Just regular cream and that’s all I see on the app too. For flavored creamers, they only have international delight last time I was there. The Wawa branded fat free French vanilla my was everything I’m so sad 😭😭

Just curious for anyone who’s worked in fuel stores in both NJ and other states what kind of differences there are as far as managing the fuel court? If there’s no fuel associates and customers pump their own gas how do you keep eyes on what’s going on out there? Do drive offs happen in other states?

So, today at approximately 6:16 PM, there was an instrumental Halloween song playing at Wawa that I really enjoyed. I was unfortunately drowning in orders at the time because my GM scheduled us basically nobody for Halloween night, and so I couldn't record any of it, and it was instrumental so I couldn't memorize the lyrics and Google them later. I really want to know what that song was, and I don't know how to find out. I already tried calling corporate as a customer, just in case they might be able to help me, but they could not. Can I call or email somebody? Or did anyone here somehow magically know what song it was? I'm kinda at a loss.

Hey, so around 3 months ago i gave here a post asking if the 1usd transactions work as a pre-authorization. This was because some guy from india stole my card (im from Czech Republic, in europe), and basically made around 300 transactions for total of 100 000usd. I didnt notice, because i had payment notifications from 3eur. I just wanted to post this to raise awarness that this might happen to anyone. Thanks for your attention.

lemme start this by saying if you’re my coworker and you’re reading this (you know who you are) i never said this

i have this manager that i haven’t met a single coworker who likes her. i first noticed problems with her when i would help out with some work she’d slack off on and my coworkers would tell me not to because she does it on purpose. apparently she purposely does stuff slowly or incorrectly just so someone else will do it for her. she’s quite often late to her shifts and by more than 10 minutes too. my other managers complain about her as well as my coworkers. the thing is she’s been with the company for like four years so most of my other managers don’t even have the power to fire her. i don’t wanna get her or anyone else in trouble i wanna know if she actually CAN get fired. i feel like if she was a low level employee and acted the way she does now then she’s at least get written up. i’m relatively new to wawa so idk this has just been a thought of mine.

I have recently moved into the US and I’m still getting used to how PTO works, I started working with WAWA about 2 months and a half ago, I know that I accumulate PTO but whenever I check my app it says that I have 0 hours accumulated so I’m just curious as to when do I start accumulating and how does it work with WAWA.

They changed the CBR Quesadilla to now also have steak. But in doing so they don’t have a plain old CBR quesadilla. It’s rather annoying for someone who can’t eat beef. I recently started enjoying the new CBR quesadilla and it’s become my regular, now that’s kinda ruined. Forces me to ask the employees for a modification, which I hate doing on busy days.

I love to get those smaller chocolate milk right after an intense workout but I’ve recently discovered that anytime I scan my rewards card, it always says that the chocolate milk is 0 points in my transaction history. Can someone explain the reasoning behind that?
