I live in Waukesha County, not in the city and was wondering if it's legal for me to shoot my bow in my backyard. I would only be target practicing.
My house has about 1.5 acres of backyard, and I have a compound bow.
Just got engaged! Fiance and I are looking, searching, hunting for unique wedding venues within 30 minutes of our church, St. Anthony's on the lake, and can't seem to find the perfect fit. Any suggestions would be great! Really want something different and "under the radar."
Dear Wisconsin Resident,
The Wisconsin Broadband Office is pleased to announce a survey that allows residents and businesses the opportunity to voice their need for improved internet access or service. The goal of the survey is to help state planners and policy makers better understand the need for improved internet access in our state. The survey will remain open through November 23, 2016. http://psc.wi.gov/broadbandSurvey.htm
EDIT: Apollo is home safe and sound! We found him last night 1/2 mile north of home. He was gone for 24 days total.
Our cat, Apollo, went missing on Saturday night from our residence in Sussex. Apollo slipped out of the house around 11:30 Saturday night, when we arrived home for the evening. Photos of Apollo can be found here: http://imgur.com/a/vEPIB
Apollo is gray with dark gray stripes, a white underside, and white paws, with white markings around his eyes that look like mascara. He has a bump on his left ear, which can be seen clearly in one of the photos. Apollo typically loves people and is very friendly. He is 5 years old. He's a tall cat (long legs and tail) and is slim but muscular. A neighbor we spoke to was fairly certain he'd seen Apollo Monday morning, so we are hopeful that he's just out on an adventure.
My husband and I are extremely anxious to get Apollo back. Please reply if you see a cat matching his description, or even if you've got tips or tricks for us to try out. Thanks!
What we've tried already:
So I just moved here about a month ago. We've been exploring the parks and lakes and trails a bit, but haven't found a good spot to just let our dog swim in the lakes. She won't jump in so needs a kind of beachy area or ramp, but it seems a lot of places like that don't allow dogs.
Any suggestions?
