I've been looking forever and just can't seem to find them.
I live close to where the Wasps have proposed they'd like to build their new stadium near Sevenoaks in Kent (I'm in the minority in this area hoping it would be approved by the local council). However last weekend I was chatting with a friend who has a close eye on rugby both local and national and being a businessman who who has helped smaller teams I tend to believe what he says. He told me that Wasps are no longer interested in Pedham Place due to poor transport links, specifically lack of close train station. The nearest in Swanley is a 40 min walk and Sevenoaks itself is 10 miles away so a brisk 3 and a ½ hours walk. Anybody heard anything to the contrary?
this is a seemly dead subreddit and i have 0 interest in or knowledge of rugby but i’ve happened upon this shirt and i’m wondering when it’s from/if it’s even real, because i’ve been hunting online for the same one and i genuinely cannot find it anywhere. or if anyone knows what it might be worth roughly (if anything at all) would be much appreciated
I desperately miss watching Wasps play, and the idea of seeing the club in the top flight and also from a personal POV back towards London has been excited and optimistic.
But I also can't help but agree with a lot of the discourse from other fans about the proper route back to top flight rugby, fair process, what's happened to the outstanding debts etc etc.
I have no doubt if we were to return in some way to prem or a prem 2 without starting from the bottom of the pyramid we would be loathed by many.
How do you all feel? Real heart fighting head for me here.

In short Sevenoaks District Council has a Local Plan Consultation where they consider development opportunities. Wasps have identified 2 parcels of land either side of the M25/M20 junction in which they would like the council to consider for the development of a stadium.
What is interesting is that what the club is proposing is quite large. As well as the stadium they want 4 pitches, Gym, medical centre, R&D centre, Supporting offices, resturant, players lounge, and a hotel. It's obviously very early stage and would have to go through alot of development but I think this shows the intent of the new owners. However, what are they planning to do in the meantime? A development of this scale will take years, so are we not going to have a team unti (if) the stadium is built? And what is the plan if development is denied?
So we keep hearing bits here and there, the latest being the Club relocating to Kent, but what do we actually know, in terms of what level they're starting at? What sort of coaching staff, players or facilities are they looking at? And when will they be playing again?
Read this interesting article on Wasps Rugby's return. Looks like they are moving to Swanley in Kent... bit random. Feels like 2026 is a bit ambitious... https://kentbusinesspost.substack.com/p/wasps-find-their-way-to-the-garden
With the rubbish news today I'm sure we're all feeling it a bit. I know there are more important things in the world than sport, but it's okay to feel a bit shit.
I noticed that after Covid Wasps’ attendances dropped greatly. What caused this? Was it performances on the pitch or less fans travelling from London?
Important note: I am a CCFC fan but I don’t want there to be any ill will between our fan groups I hope you guys comeback strong next season. I Imagine we probably had something to do with the decline.
Could they have possibly picked a shittier place to travel to from the South-East? Train lines/access is dire and whilst I'm delighted the club will continue, this alienates a lot of the London-based fans that still remain.
