Mostly just Walmart stuff.
Finally a subreddit for all things Wal-Mart.
If you have anything interesting to post,
Please do.
This is basically a virtual break room for employees so prepare to be roasted if you try fuck around with that vibe
NOTE: This sub isn't heavily moderated. I do my best to keep spam out and the trolls under the bridge. I believe that the best subs are the ones where the mods stay out of the way (for the most part).
EXTRA NOTE: Don't act like an asshole. If you have to ask yourself "am I being an asshole?" You probably are. Cut it out.

Has anyone noticed on new labels not having locations right now?
I called in last saturday, I put 8 hours of ppto and got 0.5 points. I checked and the system says I needed 9 hours of ppto.
me@walmart schedule app says I work 45 hours per week, but that's wrong, I work 40 hours per week.
is there a way to remove the 0.5 points? Thanks
I'm about to steal 100 dollars worth of magic cards
So recently I made a post explaining that my manager (or some of them) have disliked me (or so I thought) Well that turned out to be true because a few coworkers and another manager came and told me. They decided to cut my hours under the premise that "I'm too slow."
Coworkers have said I'm one of the fastest stockers that they've seen so they're unsure of what the issue is.
Well today at around lunch time, right after lunch, I just left. I quit. It's not a way to treat employees and certainly not a way you treat coworkers.
Shortly after I go to check my One@ to see my pay for the evening.... AND THEY TOOK MY HOURS OFF THE CLOCK SO I CANT GET PAID FOR IT.
I'm under the impression that that alone is illegal and I'm unsure of what to do from here. Any advice
So I received my job offer November 19th, however I still am yet to hear anything from anyone about my Orientation. Iāve been texting the coach and team lead every few days to check in, however they have stopped responding to me. I understand they could have other things theyāre doing, but this is pretty ridiculous.
My area got blasted with snow the last 36 hours. My county has officially issued a state of emergency until Wednesday and the road I travel to work (the only road to my store) is an emergency route that is only to be driven by emergency vehicles and plow services. They even called in the Natioanal Guard.
For obvious reasons we had hundreds of call offs over the last three days. The snow isn't stopping. At this point is know it's just a rumor but word around is that our SM is going to issue points (key event weekend points too) for people who have called off.
I'm just looking for a point in the right direction of where it might say in policy this isn't allowed. I've been lucky and able to make it for my shifts but the drive is treacherous and the snow doesn't seem to be letting up.
Do you think walmart would take in a high-school student for just the 2 weeks of winter break or would I have to work a few weekends after it? I just want to make a little bit of money during the downtime.
I have experience from my co-op placement in a hospice, cpr trained, etc etc.
Walmart needs to scan Tracfone bar codes before delivering to online customers. I couldn't activate mine. If you look at any Tracfone reviews at least half say the had to return to store and repurchase the camera because they couldn't activate. And they're hopping mad about it deservedly.
How do yall keep your milk racks on the fixtures?? Iāve been doing zipties but customers and others are still ripping them off!!!
So i enrolled in the 2025 health insurance at like the start of November, do you just wait for the cards to get to your house next year or is there anything else you gotta do? itās my first time applying for health insurance btw

So yesterday I had to throw away 1 pallet and 2 L carts of fresh turkeys, after people telling me Saturday was soooo slow, they were bored, etc. Fresh Coach was there so i don't know why all of this had to be thrown away instead of donated.
Then they tried pinning it on me, how oh so busy they were and they didn't know. I told them no, the coach, tl and regular m/p associates knew both first and 2nd shift. There's no reason for this.
When I was growing up meat was a luxury that you savored, even then it was the cheap hot dogs or bologna, so having to waste so much just pisses me off.

You can't schedule an appointment on the app or in store for it. I showed up twice and one time they said they don't have time, the next time they said 4 hour wait. Why are they selling this service if you can't use what you paid for?
Just saw a post on here saying they were scheduled on a day they got approved off. Also apparently teaming schedules and availabilities aren't functioning properly either. Absolute insanity.
Letās discuss. And please donāt use their Wi-Fi.
Paid for $500 worth of tiems wirth my cc and while walking out I get falsely accused of theft because there were a few items very small i missed and didnt realize, come to find out the kid put a couple items in the buggy and it wasnt known, but there was no intention to steal, i mean i used my cc and just spent $500 and sure didnt care to steal a few 2 or 3 dollar items. Then to top it off somone thart knew the person accused of the theft wanted to talk to walmart about the situation the asset protection employee got on the phone and gave them details to what happened, how is this allowed? Then asked to speak to a store manager and was told there wasnt one, smh....Someone help me with this, please. And no it wasnt me, but somene i know and this person is not a thief, in their mid 40s with kid in tow on black friday.
Anyone have issues with the auto scrubber after the update?
I called out the 23rd and had no ppto to cover it but the point still hasnt shown. By this Saturday it would be 14 days. Did the messed up scheduling cause this and would it mean im not getting a point?
After nearly 10 years as a manager for this company and 2 years as an hourly I quit. This marks the 3rd manager to quit this year in my store, and nearly 6 Team Leads to quit this year. You would think that these actions would show something to leadership that the store is not running correctly, but they didnāt bat an eye. Makes me feel good to know that I donāt have to waste any more time there every day of my life.
https://www.reddit.com/r/walmart/s/8EeFdYUmPW <read this for full context My coach reverted my points back to 3.5. This month, my points will go away. Thank God man
it's 255, i've counted. i was trapped in one of those vest water pockets on a floatie

Hey I work overnight and my pay rate has been capped at the same rate for a couple years. I just noticed on this last check (for period ending 11/29) that my rate is higher. It looks like I got a 4% raise? Nothing has been said to me and I've read nothing about this. Has anyone else noticed this or have any information? I don't work again until Tuesday night or I would just ask my coach.
Management just doesnāt understand how bad this is smh
Or would it give me a date when I would be rehirable?
LITERAL SHIT POST
Venting here. Yesterday was 17th anniversary with the company and I'm feeling like I've done nothing with my life. I've only been with the company so long cause my self esteem was so low to try something else. I went to school for business, done nothing with my degree. All because I didn't believe I was good enough to succeed. Kind of the theme of my life. All of my life, I've let so many opportunities pass me by, whether it was through work or relationships because I was afraid I wasn't good enough so I never took any risks. I did finally find myself a girlfriend and I love her dearly but she lives thousands of miles away in a country most of the planet is angry at.
Please don't make the same mistake I did don't be afraid to take a risk.
