If you have 5 minutes to respond to this, it would be greatly appreciated! Please let out all of your sports bra rants!

I am in the process of completing my dissertation/clinical research project, which is investigating the conflict and acceptance between rookie and veteran college athletes. This project has been approved by Northern Arizona University’s IRB (Project Number: 2197486-2).
Participants will be asked to complete an online survey that will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. The survey includes questions about your experiences with the levels of acceptance experienced with teammates, conflict with teammates, as well as questions about the participant’s demographic information and background. I’m 21, and I joined the women’s rugby team at my university, and I have some light experience with rugby but I have absolutely zero idea what position I would be fit for. I’m about 5’4” (162.5 cm), short torso, abnormally long limbs. Most of my experience is in soccer/football, playing defensive position. I’m not a great runner, I can go fast for very short distances but that’s about it. I’m pretty aggressive and I used to get carded a lot for injuring/being too physical with other players when I was in soccer/football. So I have no idea what would be best for me, so I’ll take any advice.

Hi ! So long story short. I discovered rugby in highschool this year, (I have been a dancer for 13 years), and I fell in love with the sport ! So I called a club and they accepted me ! I start in 2 days... I am pretty skinny (did modeling), and short (5'3). I guess I am the one who'll run fast ahah! I'm just worried about not making friends, or not succeeding and people getting upset with me (overthinker I am lol).
So, any tips/advice for someone who'll start women rugby in 2 days ? Thanks !
Hi! I’m 31f and was incredibly inspired by watching hours of rugby7s at the Olympics. The sport looks incredibly fun and fast paced. I would love to try playing, but I’m a bit concerned over the possibility of injury. I have some ankle tendinitis and a compressed disc. After running into some major back issues, I fell out of physical shape but have been looking for a new sport to try. Is trying out rugby a terrible idea given this? I would only be doing this recreationally
