I got admitted to the MS in AI program for the spring intake, I understand that it's a very new program, but it would be really helpful if someone could tell me how's the program in general, what's the student-faculty ratio and how are the facilities for this program.

I am taking CS 3043, Implications of Computer Processing this term. For this course, I need Ethics For The Information Age (9th edition). I was wondering if anyone has taken this class in the past and has an old textbook that they are willing to sell. I would take either a hard copy (soft or hard cover is irrelevant) or a digital/pdf, it really doesn't matter. I think textbook companies are a bunch of evil greedy capitalists that take advantage of college students knowing they have no other options, by price gouging materials. This and being poor means I would love to avoid buying from Person/the bookstore. If someone has already has the book and is no longer using it, please let me know! I am willing to pay up to $25, and can use cash or Venmo.

I get $200 in bonus points with my meal plan, are they the same as goat bucks? I'm wondering if I can use them at the various off-campus restaurants that are listed on the goat bucks website.

Lets say I had credit for a course coming into WPI through something like AP, but chose to retake the course anyway because of a percieved lack of understanding of the topic. I already know doing this causes the AP credit to not count, but would I get it back if I dropped the course or is that credit eternally gone?

I am looking for honest and insightful feedback as to what type of content would make you want to watch the WPI YouTube page, subscribe to it, and share the channel with friends and family.

A few ideas I have considered are student hosted club and organization videos highlighting their clubs journey throughout the year, as well as classroom recap videos which would be a 10-15 minute highlight recap of interesting classes throughout various majors and minors.

Overall, my goal is to provide more entertainment and educational / informative value on our YouTube page but I want additional feedback and ideas if anyone can spare a few sentences I greatly appreciate it!

So I saw some cloaked figures walking around silently at night around 2 days ago, which kinda creeped me out, but it was cool so I googled it and found out they're a secret society called the Skull. This led me down a whole rabbit hole of reading threads about secret societies, and now I want to squeeze more information out of you all on reddit.

According to the Wiki, there are three other societies at WPI: Gilded Horn, Black Gavels, and Phoenix
Those I can't seem to find much information on, so if anyone knows anything about those or the Skull, do you mind sharing?

Hey corale, its ur boy P_Drizzle here and uhm, yeah guys on Daniels floor 3 we got a spectscularlistically amazeballs microwave called shawmussy and uhm, he's actually a replacement for our fallen brethren shawmut who was unrightfully robbed by a group of thieves not yet known. Gompei should be proud of our work towards such a spectacular instrument that we found on the road. I am so excited to use this, if something happens just know, it was Andre's fault.

Hello, does anyone know if there's spots on campus for students to practice musical instruments? I'm not a music major, but want to find a place where I can play songs without disturbing others. I was thinking of reserving phone booths but I thought that may not be appropriate.
