hiya! basically exactly what the title says. i don't really know of any producers who hit quite the same as nashimoto (though some stuff gets close, in particular some of neru's older songs even if they don't have quite the same vibe) but damn i'd love to know if there are any. the only guidelines are that i'm not really into obnoxiously edgy lyrics (i'm not sure how to describe it but there's a distinction between "edgy" and "heavy" here) and i'm really not a fan of kafu (or other vocaloids with that sort of whisper-y sound? not sure how to describe it tbh but yeah i'd like to avoid kafu).

to get an idea of some other stuff close to the vibe i'm looking for outside of nashimoto's music (keeping this to vocaloid examples in this case)

• as i mentioned a lot of pre-cynicism neru songs (abstract nonsense, lost one's weeping, tokyo teddy bear)
• the real end of hatsune miku (and as far as i know not a single other cosmo song hits that mark unfortunately)
• i have checked out utsu-p and while i'm not sure if i'm like, a huge fan i do like poster girl's prank a lot
• i know i said i'd keep this to vocaloid examples but like. all of seeeeecun's songs from cry for your noble heart onwards. i can't not mention those

EDIT: i forgot to mention i'm also ideally looking for relatively recent stuff, or atleast artists who are still active. unfortunately a lot of hard rock vocaloid stuff seems to be pretty old from what i can tell </3

Hey guys, I been using Aquestone for a while, and while I enjoy it, I never really figured out what's a koe file or how to change the lyrics. I don't use it for anything super involved, mostly just to get a rough idea of how the notes are gonna sound. I was wondering if any knew of any program similar to Aquestone where I can just input midi notes and vocaloid comes out, or anyway to input lyrics into Aquestone since it does not seem to like txt, asks for a koe file.
