So I am thinking of putting an exhaust in my Honda to make it loud. How much would it run me & where can I get it done

I received a letter from Tulare County Superior Court stating that I missed jury duty on two separate occasions. The problem is, I never received any jury duty notice—if I had, I would’ve attended without hesitation. The letter is dated 1/3/25 and postmarked 1/7/25, but I only saw it today. The reason is that I rarely check my mailbox. I receive most things (bank statements, bills, etc.) via email, and only check my mailbox when I’m expecting a package. Since I haven't ordered anything since before Christmas, I haven’t checked my mailbox in over a month.

Now, the letter says I could be fined $2000 and that a warrant could be issued for my arrest. This has me really stressed out because I just saw the letter, and it's past the 30-day deadline. I’m a hardworking citizen, I pay my taxes, and I’ve never been in trouble with the law. Am I overreacting, or is this something serious that I need to get legal help with? Has anyone else dealt with something like this or received a similar letter? Please let me know.

Probably kind of a strange question but does anyone know if there is a way to watch local news without cable? Unfortunately where I live doesn't get great antenna reception (it looks like most of the towers for the news stations are to the east and pretty far out, whereas I only have windows pointing north) and I'm renting so I'm not able to put an antenna on the roof. I'm looking for alternative ways to watch the local news but I don't know if the local news station have any mobile apps that are available?

I went to the Best Buy on Mooney several months ago and there was a boy, maybe around 12, and he was selling chocolates to raise money for his baseball team. I gave the kid 5 bucks and didn’t get anything just so I can help the cause. Fast forward to today and me and my girlfriend went to the same Best Buy and again he was there and asked me if I wanted to buy some chocolates but I told him I didn’t have any cash on me (which was true) and he kind of just laughed at me and when I was walking away he told me my girlfriend had nice cleavage but in a much more rude way. I was sort of shocked and turned around and he was just laughing. I don’t want to get this kid in trouble but if someone knows his parents and could share what they’re son is saying to woman in public then please reach out to them.

The kid was about 12-13, African American, Boy and he was with another kid maybe Latino same age but he didn’t say anything during the entire interaction.
