Does anyone have any tips for removing sweat stains from vintage durene jerseys?
To preface, I exclusively wear 60’s 70’s clothing, and I feel it’s getting harder and harder to find. Not even to resell, just to own.
What do you guys think about fast fashion (SHEIN, Temu, etc) and its effects it’s had/having on vintage fashion?
I’ve noticed lately all of my vintage stores, and even online, more and more “vintage inspired” items are popping up. I don’t mind, but when they’re overpricing the items, it drives up the prices of the actual vintage and makes it almost unattainable to get those cool pieces you could years ago. Is it truly ruining the vintage industry, or am I just being a vintage snob?
Hey guys, I haven’t been able to find any good wholesale vintage or thrift stores in Fl. If anyone knows of any I’d love the suggestions. Mainly in central/panhandle area. Most of the stores in central Florida have such crazy high pricing!
Does anyone have a brand name, website or anywhere I might find a suede tassel biker jacket like this!? I'm in love with it but I can't seem to find one anywhere 😭
Ever since I saw this post I CANNOT get this dress out of my mind. I have never seen a more perfect dress for me- it has absolutely everything I could want.
The problem is it has been so hard to find! The original listing sold, and wasn't even in my size. I have been SCOURING ebay, mercari, poshmark, still white and every other second hand site I can to try and find it.
The brand is Alfred Angelo- and although I've been able to find dresses from the same era and brand, none of them are as perfect.
This is a post of desperation- I'm hoping either someone will come across this and maybe has the dress or has seen it floating on the internet....
My measurements are anywhere from 28' waist up to 31"
I’am about to start a CLOTHING company in Denmark. My main goal right now is to find a supplier. I’ve seen all the websites but people are advising me to find a better contact. Help me, I want to buy big

I found this sweatshirt online but it was from a vintage shop and had been purchased already. I’ve scoured the web for another one in all the ways and places I know how. Can anyone help me?
Hello! I (28F) have been selling vintage clothing (online only) for seven years. I sell specifically 1920s to 1950s and occasionally offer pieces a little older or later of its a special piece. I would say I'm very good at what I do but I want to grow. I do restoration work and cleaning on my pieces and I take professional photos on dress forms. I have a tall/slender built so I do model sometimes but I feel awkward having someone else photograph me and I dont feel like I can get the photos I want using a tripod. I have a beautiful work studio in a Victorian built building downtown that I adore working out of. I have 8.2k followers on IG and I sell from both my own website and Etsy. I have a clientele but with IG having such a terrible algorithm now, I find myself not getting as many sales as I used to. Also, I know money is tight for a lot of people right now with the economy.
My reason for this post is to get advice on how to up my shop and selling skills. I've done well over the years but I feel like I've hit a point of "what's next?" What more can I do and how can I keep growing and putting my business out there?
Adding: I recently started doing a newsletter and I'm trying out vending at my first in-person flea market this Sunday.
Thank you all in advance!
