Gene Hart ( u/Gene-1 ), author of 'Beyond Dreaming' will share his insights, and help us separate the wheat from the chaff on the nebulous topic of Astral Projection.
Gene is an Astral projection teacher dedicated to helping others realise our innate ability for non-physical states of awareness. He is one of the moderators of /r/AstralProjection. Over ten years ago, Astral projection permanently changed his life, but what's just as relevant is how profoundly it affected his experience on a day-to-day basis, bringing with it an intense sense of peace, understanding and wisdom. Gene's background comes from over a decade of intensive meditation practices, hundreds of lucid dreaming and out-of-body experiences, and several years spent being part of a Gnostic group.
