I just ordered my very first setup and now its time to get some records! For some reason, I already own the Super Mario Bros movie vinyl lol, but I certainly need more! Where are the best sites/stores to get these (I am in Manhattan in case anyone has store recs)? Also, are there a lot of “fakes” out there or are there certain things to look out for? Any advice you may have for a beginner would be much appreciated!!

I've been out of the loop when it comes to the Cyberpunk 2077 original score + Samurai 3LP boxed set. I missed the chance to purchase it when it was originally released. I don't know whether or not it got a re-issue. Unfortunately, it's selling for a lot of money in the aftermarket, even used. Will there be a reprint of the Cyberpunk 2077 original score + Samurai 3LP boxed set? I'm not so much interested in the radio music itself, but more so the original score. Thanks!

I’m looking to buy a record player for my partner as a birthday gift, but both of us are new to vinyls and record players. Are there any record players you guys would recommend for those just starting out? I’m looking to find one with a built-in speaker and automatic start/stop arm, if possible. (Bonus points if they’re on sale for Black Friday!)

It was delayed from October to December but I haven't heard anything more since. This is my first Vinyl preorder so just curious on what to expect. I hope it ships early December so it doesn't get caught in holiday mail :(

Whats your recommendation for a decent quality record player that won't break my budget? I want to invest in player that won't damage my records, and won't break. My budget is between $300 and $800.

if their online store will have only hour-long discounts and shipping costs can’t be combined, doesn’t that reduce the likelihood of people buying more records? nobody wants to pay excessive amounts just for shipping. i live in europe, and shipping costs from materia store are €60 – paying multiple shipping fee is just not an option

Been eyeing it forever and the prices on discogs and eBay are insanity.

So I live in Portugal (EU country) and did the plunge in the Konami Store from USA to get the Metal Gear Solid: Vinyl Selections 2XLP which had a exclusive red color.

They fulfilled on the 21 of November and arrived today 25 of November thru DHL.

I’m happy and glad that it’s safe to buy from there. But I had to pay taxes on it again +34 euros plus shipping 10$ plus vat 15$ . I’m not happy about that due i see that I speeded 100 on the thing.

I don’t recommend doing this just for a color. Next time I will wait for EU normal release.
