Submission Guidelines

Maintain Civility & Positivity

  • This sub is meant for people who are bullish on the Indian growth story. We accept that there are still miles to go, but please don't try to belittle a positive news by listing down stereotypical cliches or every single negative thing about India. Constructive criticism backed by positive examples from other groups or nations is always welcome.

Positive Stories Only

  • This is subjective, you be the judge and we'll let the community decide. Only in the rarest of cases when the stories are obviously not uplifting, will the mods step in.

No International Stories

  • News should be specifically related to India or Indians. Stories about NRIs, PIOs and OCIs are allowed.

No Politics

  • Please refrain from posting political stories. Statements or visions listed by union or state ministers and foreign leaders on India are allowed. Non-partisan uplifting stories can be submitted.

Mark NSFW content as such

  • Some people browse Reddit at work or at a public place, so please mark NSFW when posting such link or comment.

Follow Reddit's Sitewide Rules

  • Don't spam, doxx, manipulate votes, harrass/threaten others, and/or violate any other Reddit site-wide rules.

No Recent Reposts

  • Please don't repost something that has been posted on the subreddit within the last 30 days.
