I’m currently a freshman out of state looking to transfer next fall and I don’t know where to look for scholarships.
does anyone know jobs that pay for uofl tuition ?? besides UPS please or fedex or any heavy lifting place
I read an article on the louisville cardinal about the absence of a proper college radio station and found it super interesting. I think it would be pretty cool if we had student-run station. Sports are cool but so is music
I currently live near Banditos, should I bother with a parking pass or just walk to class? Google says it's about a 15 min walk.
I’m looking at becoming an RA 2025-2026. I’m curious if anyone here has advice or insight. Is it worth it? What is the time commitment? Is it competitive? Do you recommend it? What was your experience?
Anyone know anyone good (or at least decent) 1 bedroom apartments in the area? I want to start looking for next year. Anything helps!
This is at the University of Louisville. Hey all, my son is considering coming home for 2nd semester and is looking for someone to take over his lease at The Nine for January 2025 until his lease ends (I believe July 15, 2025). It's an all male 4-bedroom unit (private room/private bath/shared kitchen). The guys are all quiet and really stay to themselves, working and school keeps them all busy! Rent is $720/month plus utility which has been super super cheap at this point. Please let me know of any leads or recommendations on what we should do.
(My mom wrote all of this)
Message me at either thru here or at dbwilliams567@gmail.com
Did someone already take a class with him? Please let me know in the comments🙏🏽🙏🏽
Any frats interested in hazing someone?
Any recommended professors for in person class introduction to public speaking?
Hey Louisville fans,
As a student and a passionate supporter of our Cardinals, I have to say I'm feeling pretty ashamed of the atmosphere at our games. I just got back from watching our team take down Clemson this past weekend, and it really hit me how much we’re missing as fans.
Clemson has such a vibrant culture—fans know the chants, traditions, and what to say when the band plays a certain song. Their energy creates an intimidating environment for opponents, and it’s something we lack. While it was amazing to see us win against a traditional powerhouse, I couldn’t help but think that we can do better.
With just one more home game against Pitt coming up, we need to step up as a student body and show our pride! Our student section is too quiet, and it’s disappointing to see us not rallying behind our team with the passion they deserve. If we want to compete with the Alabamas and Clemsons of the world, it’s on us to create that electric atmosphere.
I don’t understand why this hasn’t been addressed more. Let’s make some noise, get involved, and truly support our team. How can we change our game day experience to be more lively and supportive?
Go Cards!
Engineering student here, wanted to ask if any one find any co-op yet, and if you can how much they paying you.
tomorrow is the preview day and i am so unbelievably excited but i want to make sure im as prepared as possible :) ive never gotten to have a full tour of the facility and im a tad bit nervous ill do/say something silly when talking to peers or professors. therefore, does anyone have any tips for things to bring or what to expect? id really appreciate that, thank you!! 🫶🏻
Am I screwed? Can I get another appointment with another advisor or am I just going to have to pick my classes myself?
There is one thing I can’t figure it out… I can get the point of who has more credits to enroll classes first but who can tell the means of the last name order😓😓😓 so our last names begin with Z deserve the latest time to enroll?? So we must witness them to choose the classes we want and nothing we can do until all classes we want all full eventually?? First time feeling bad about my last name
So I'm international Student I am going to apply for this program August 2025. I have so many doubts in my mind
Is it right university. Intership program is worthy or its just a gimmick. University tire. Work after study completion. On campus opportunity are there or not ?? Any suggestions for similar universities. Pros and cons.
Hello! I’m interested in going to U of L next year in the fall, is the campus walking distance from class to class or will I have to get on buses to commute?
Hey yall, I’m graduating (yay) in December. Does anyone know what date I could have the degree in my hand by?
Hi! I recently got admitted into uofl and I’m very interested in the ULEAD program available but the only info I can find about applying is this one short list of requirements posted by uofl school of dentistry. I was wondering if anyone knows if this program is still active? If it is, do they also consider your common app info? It says they require two LOR (which I already have submitted through the common app) and I’m wondering if I need to submit two different ones. Thanks in advance!
I'm a sophomore here, very extroverted and I love watching and playing sports, working out, thrifting. If anyone is down looking for new friends I'm more than down to chill and hangout!
So I'm a commuter student and I want to have my package delivered to the Canon mail services to pick it up. Is it possible?
My advisor is booked until after course registration but I need to get this hold off my account. Can I have an on call advisor do it, also when are those offices even open?
Why they make it so messy?I have no clue what date I should enroll courses.why don’t they just point out a day for all of us? And what do they mean by the special students? If I wait till November 7 will I be able to choose what I want to enroll?😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫
So basically, I’ve been looking at the trifecta apartments and I’ve been trying to figure out if there’s any hidden fees like yeah you have to pay 150 for the application fee, but is there any type of fees when you move in like a security deposit
I need people who has or is currently living in the trifecta apartment to respond
I’m a junior at UIUC and will be coming to Louisville for a co-op internship in spring
Been advised to stay in housing near the campus, what are some of the best and worst places?
How’s the social/party scene here?
Thanks!
Anyone here done a 3 week winter session before?
Thinking about adding a class for this winter, but 3 weeks seems crazy fast. Curious if anyone has tried and what their experience was.
I'm an international student, have just been accepted for MS in mechanical engineering but untill now I know very little about academic life there and challenges. Can someone help me with it?
Any chemistry PhDs currently or recently graduated? I'm looking for honest reviews before I apply for next fall
