r/unscriptedvideo is open again!

Hi.

I know that this subreddit has been inactive the last 4 years. It didn’t help that it was set to restricted, so no one could post new content. It was also unmoderated.

I got it via r/redditrequest, and opens it up to the public again. Thought it could be nice to see any unscripted videos. Fun, cute, interesting or something else you would like to share. So feel free to post suitable videos here again.

This subreddit now has an actual moderator! Feat. content guidelines

Hi! I'm /u/PangurBanHammer, I'm now the moderator of this subreddit. The previous two mods were completely inactive (one had his account suspended, and the other hadn't posted in half a year), so I requested it on /r/redditrequest and now I have control.

In the future, I will be removing low-effort content and self-promotion from this subreddit. Videos should feature something actually interesting- an unscripted video of you walking around your house in circles is not interesting and will almost certainly be removed unless there is some other reason for me to keep it here.

Other videos that aren't allowed... Self-promotion (no posting 10 episodes of your shitty "unscripted" YouTube show, for example) and probably gaming videos. Also anything that is obviously scripted, but you should know that already.
