It looks like there are no parking passes available for Spring through the school. Do people resell parking passes? If so, where is a safe place to look for those?

I’m from Texas in the top 10% of my class and my dream school is UT Austin but….. I’m studying business and I highly doubt I will be accepted into mccombs, can’t even bring myself to go to A&M even though I was accepted into their business school. Is it worth it to come to Arkansas for business if I’m not planning on living here after college? I’m also not planning on being in Greek life so I’m just not sure this is the place for me but I would just like some advice on if it’s worth it?

I’m a incoming freshman and would like a suite type dorm. How hard is it to get a suite dorm with a bathroom as a freshman?

Uark’s supposedly the best art school in the state, but my art teachers have told me that it’s extremely hard to get internships there. People in that department or have already graduated from it, what do you think of Fulbright and its art program?

Hello! I’m a white freshman studying Political Science, and I recently signed up for a Black Politics class. I was initially excited because I thought it would be in a large lecture hall, but I just realized it only has 30 seats available.

Now I’m worried that I might be taking a spot from a Black student who could benefit more from the course or that my presence might come across as insensitive. I’m genuinely interested in learning and engaging respectfully, but I don’t want to make anyone uncomfortable or take up space where I shouldn’t.

Do you think it’s okay for me to stay enrolled in the class? Should I reach out to the professor or just drop it altogether? Thanks!

So, I'm taking Organic Chemistry II, and I'm not doing well in the lecture part, but I'm doing well for the lab part. If I were to fail the lecture, but pass the lab, would I only need to retake the lecture part only, or do I need to take both the lecture and lab again?

Hello just like the title says I'm hoping to get some advice on the best dorms for a comp engineer major. Any advice is appreciated hopefully I'm not too late filling out the housing information.

I have been admitted since October and I was wondering what dorm is the best for freshman? I am going to be a poultry science major if that means anything and I’m not planning on rushing any sororities. I have a lot of dorms that I like picked out and need some help narrowing it down. I'm a high school student who is interested in going to UARK but have been wondering how much they tend to help with scholarships. I have a 4.11 GPA with a 28 on my ACT and was wondering if that is any good when applying for the scholarships. I found that the cost to go ends up being around $28,000 a year (i think) which is a price my family can't really afford to pay. Could use tips on what others have done or recommendations on what I could do. thanks.

If I were to finish a class with a grade “D” this semester and retake the class during the summer and get a better grade, will it replace my “D” grade on my transcript? And will it also replace my grade for my GPA? Or will both grades show on my transcript?

And what about if I were to withdraw instead? Will it replace the “W” on my transcript or will it remain even if I retook the class?

Asking because I heard that your GPA will take into account both grades instead of replacing it for the better grade I got.

I am getting into party Thursday night and was curious why are they on Thursday nights? If you have class the next day and everyone stays up so late, then why is it Thursday and or a weekend?

I’ve been keeping and charging my scooter inside my dorm (holcombe) but my RA texted me a few days ago saying i had to start keeping it outside. Is there anywhere I can lock it up for the night and charge it at the same time, or do I have to charge it in my dorm and move it outside when it’s done?

Are there also test retakes for Organic Chem like there is for General Chem?

I am admitted to the university of Arkansas Fay Jones School of Architecture and would like to what software they require you to buy? Is it just Revit, Adobe Design Suite, and Enscape, etc. or will I have to buy more and be really poor.
