I am a first year and I have a 1.33 GPA I failed my first two subjects. In the progression policy it says my grades are enough to get me suspended. If I fail a third subject would I get suspended? If anyone else has failed multiple subjects can you please tell me how it went for you.
Have you ever wanted to have a painting of your partner, a family portrait, your dog or whatever your favorite photo is? I always loved the idea of painting but unfortunately I'm not the best at it. A few months ago though a friend and I came up with a cool idea, what if you could turn any photo you want into a paint by numbers. That way anyone can paint, anything they want.
We looked up custom paint by numbers and found a few Etsy stores selling them but they were way overpriced and most of them didn't even come with the canvas on a frame. So we looked around and talked to a bunch of suppliers, eventually we managed to produce custom paint by number kits cheaper then anywhere else and already framed (you can still order them without a frame but we found most people want them ready to go out of the box).
Long story short though we're trying to grow and get more people talking about us. So we decided it would be a good idea to reach out to some local subreddits and hopefully you'll enjoy them enough to share your experience :)
You can use the code "COSTPRICEREDDIT" to get our kits for cost price (our margins are pretty slim right now we want to be as affordable as possible). You can get up to 4 kits at that price so feel free to buy a few and plan a date night, family activity or just get your Christmas shopping done early.

Hi, I just have a question as when offers are sent out for mature age students, do they consider mature age students after they accept high school students? Do they sent a email if your not accepted?
Does anyone know what date the interview offers get released for medicine?
I need to go overseas because my grandmother is in critical condition and the tickets we bought have us coming back at march 5th and my course starts at march 3rd (fresh out of high school), will there be any consequences if i go through with this?
Currently doing a Bachelor of Design at Western Sydney University right now, but have been looking into the business course at parramatta city, is it a good course?
I’ve heard a lot of mixed opinions about it, what’s your opinion? Are the classes good?
Thanks.
Does UWS have a good civil engineering course?
I am an international student who will have stage 2 studying in bachelor of health science major in Public Health in 02/2025. Is there anyone here did the same major? May I ask about the subject order so that i can have a proper plan for school. Thanks for spending time on my post.

Hi, I recently received a conditional early entry into a bachelors degree from my year 11 results and the only condition that is specified I need to meet on the email is to complete my hsc exams.
Does this mean that I can get a terrible atar and terrible marks for my exams and still enter into the uni and complete my degree?
Can the uni take the offer away if I get a bad atar and hsc marks?
On the website, under hsc true reward “frequently asked questions” it says if u received a early entry through year 11 results then whatever atar and marks you get doesn’t matter!
As a year 12 student applying for a diploma in engineering am i basically guaranteed admission into the course? be it extended or standard?
I am currently doing a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise. I'm in my last semester and about to graduate and apply for my post-grad Doctorate of Physio at MQ. Or so I thought. In excitement, I had a huge oversight and realised I still had one unit remaining.
I've applied to UAC and did all the requirements (I thought I was scheduled to graduate), but now I am freaking out as to what I should do. The unit is not a summer but is only offered in Spring 2025.
I don't want to delay my studies another year on top of a 3-year doctorate.
I think I can transfer to MQ somehow and do the unit earlier?? I'm not sure
Is there anything I can do? Any advice would be appreciated
I am interested in becoming a software engineer via Diploma -> Bachelor what are the courses i must do? i thought it was the diploma of engineering into the bachelor but software engineering doesnt show us as one of the majors?
i applied in the first round of true rewards and didn't get my offer. i'm still waiting on the other 4 rounds to get an offer but does anyone know why i didn't get one in the first round? just curious. this happened to a lot of other people in my grade too.
Is it true that wsu accepts almost eveyone? I saw somewhere online that they currently have an acceptance rate of 110%
I have an essay due today (13th) and an essay due on the Tuesday next week (15th).
I have submitted an extension request for the essay on the 13th because I have had some medical troubles, I submitted it with a medical cert that stated I could not study for 3 days. + I want to focus on the essay thats due the 15th first. I submitted it on Friday, obviously the prof won't see it over the weekend. Should I rush to try and submit it before midnight tonight when its due? Or just assume I will get approved for an extension, I don't think they can reject medical certs right? But this teacher is a bit slack with reading the requests, even though I've e-mailed to follow up. Stressing!
Please give opinions or advice lol.
Looking for a bar that can accommodate and preferably reserve for 10-15 people Sunday evening 5-6pm. Plus if they serve food, open to all suggestions. Thank you!
Second time in a month. Does anyone know what's going on with the online library and why this keeps happening? Great timing just before end of semester and final exams/assignments.
Not affiliated/associated at all but thought I'd share the link because it seems like a pretty decent competition and the cost of living here is crazy....I just did the survey and it only took like 5 mins and they're giving away 5 x $150 gift cards. Think it's just research with NSW Health and UNSW but wasn't hard or anything https://unsw.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_23uiM0Xo21wAHKS
Hello everyone! I recently received an early offer from the institution. However, I have a trip abroad until February 20, 2025, after the beginning of next year, and I see that the school orientation date is on February 14. Is it important? What will happen if I skip it? Or should I change my flight?
Thank you for answering, have a nice day! Cheer🙌
Hello! I got an early entry offer for bachelor of health science at uws and I had applied for it as a backup to eventually study speech pathology. I was wondering if anyone had any past experience with an internal transfer from health science to bachelor of speech pathology? What were your requirements for the transfer and how long did it take you? Experiences with transferring from health science to other courses are appreciated too! I want to gauge the difficulty of the transfer before I consider this course as a potential study option.
Thank you so much in advance :)!
Recently got early entry for Cybersecurity at UWS Parramatta and I was wondering if there was any way to know what my class timetable would look like? I'm working two jobs at the moment to move out of home, and I was wondering if it's something I'd be able to work around my classes.
Hello
I just got into WSU med school for Feb 2025. I'm an international student and have questions about its med school and campus life in Campbelltown in general.
I tried to do some research about the school, but if anyone studying or graduated from WSU medicine can PM me, it would be greatly helpful. Thank you!
i only did maths standard 2 and yr 11 physics in high school as i was interested in a different field. thinking of doing a bsc in applied physics now. any bachelor of science/adv science students know if the major is super hard to learn from a standard 2 background? i can handle advanced maths, just didnt take it because i thought i wouldnt need it
I began my Bachelors of Psychology (honours) course at WSU in 2021. At the end of this semester I would have completed by 240 credit points and do not want to progress to honours. I was just wondering how to I exit with bachelor of psychological studies. Like what is the process. I do know in the handbook that stents who enrolled in 2022 have to transfer to the exit course (transfer to bachelor of psychological studies). Do I have to do this once I get my results this semester or do I just have to click early exit on mySR since I began the course in 2021?
Thank you for your help!
Have offers come out?
Hey does anyone know what time the early entry results come out tomorrow ?
