anybody know if US Mobile supports RCS messaging on Android?
My wife and I(currently on an AT&T starter unlimited plan) are thinking about moving to US Mobile on Warp. But I would like for her to test the coverage in the town she works in and in her office.
Is it possible to test for a month (iPhone 16 pro max with an empty esim) without porting her existing number?
If the tests go well, we will both port our exiting numbers.
Thanks.
I’m a big fan of US MOBILE, but lately, I’ve been getting a ton of spam and automated calls, especially during these election days. So, I decided to switch to ATT prepaid and am now using their Active Armor app. It’s been a game-changer in blocking spam and unwanted calls. I’m wondering if US MOBILE has something similar in the works. Are they working on improving their call blocking capabilities?
Hi everyone. I've been using US Mobile for my iPad for about 2 months now. I started with Dark Star, then changed it because the connection it offered was not quite working. Then I tried Warp, which also did not work as intended. I've been using GSM for the majority of the time. Just wondering if the first two have improved at all? I am located in Western New York if there is a geological consideration.
Getting ready to ditch Google Fi for USMobile.
Question, how easy is it to pause/suspend service?
I only live in the US part-time and travel in and out alot for a few months at a time. So I'd love to save money and suspend service while I'm living abroad and then reactivate as soon as I get back. Doable?
I requested to port my number from another carrier to US Mobile, but it was initially rejected due to an incorrect zip code. I've since corrected the zip code, but I’m still waiting for the escalation department to complete the port. Can someone from US Mobile please assist?
Just wondering if anyone here is using this phone and how you like it. I am currently using an s20 FE 5g on lightspeed. I'd like to get an esim capable phone and the Motorola is on sale for a few more days. The OnePlus 12 kinda slaughters the Motorola but it's $100 more MSRP and NOT on sale.
It is stating Speedtest used up 6.16 gb of data. That’s possible ??🤣
I’ve been experiencing service issues with US Mobile for at least several weeks now that result in one or both behaviors:
US Mobile has been helpful but this issue is still persisting and I keep being told that I’ll have an update in X hours and I never do.
Has anyone ran into this? I’ve spent dozens of hours with support troubleshooting, spinning up new eSims, network transfers yet they still can not resolve the issue. The issue IS on my line as it’s not present if they spin up a new number, but I don’t want to give up my number I’ve had for over a decade.
I really enjoyed US Mobile up until this but my patience is running out after this.
Tried to change my network from dark star to wrap and got an email that manual input needs to be made.
Contacted support which in turn said it should take another 5 min. That was 2 hours ago.
Anyone has a solution?
CEO got arrested for fraud and they're saying service will disconnect 11/8
What’s wrong with the app showing how much data, texts & calls you’ve used?! One day it’ll show and the next it says zero. Today it shows nothing. Yesterday one of my two lines showed correct and one line showed nothing. It changes on the daily. Can it just not work like it should?!
If I join USMobile, and let's say have 2 lines on the 5gb shared plan, can I change that one month to the 10gb (for example) and then go back to 5gb or 2 gb the next month?
Any plans on when USM will support number sync/pairing for the Galaxy watch and the primary smartphone?
I need help. I can't get visual voicemail to work consistently on my Pixel 8 Pro. On Google Fi, I was fine with no major hiccups. I spoke with chat support and got the classic "you need to be on data for it to work".
Reaching out here to hope for some better support. At the moment, I have no VVM whatsoever. Whether I'm on data or not, I get nothing and have to call *86. If I force stop the app and clear storage, when I reopen it will let me turn it back on which takes quite some time, however that seems to break my call screening function on my phone. I have to turn WiFi on for that to get set back up, which then re-breaks the VVM, requiring a storage clear to reconfigure. I thought that WiFi Calling may have been an issue, but that doesn't seem to have any effect. I also have the developer option for "mobile data is always active" turned on already, prior to any of this.
What is going on here? There has to be a way this works. There's no way Verizon's network is this much of an issue on Android, not in 2024. USMobile team, please help.
On my Samsung Galaxy s9 on att network, if I turn on mvno type gid it gets hotspot Internet to work, but calling quits working, so I can't do both and have to change the apn settings each time. Is there a way to fix that?
Just switched 2 lines to US Mobile but Light Speed is the best where I live. Will we ever see Apple Watch plans for this network?
As the title says Dual SIM RCS is now available to Samsung users in Google Messages, the article doesn't mention US Mobile; however I can confirm it works on my Fold 6 (it is not working on my Pixel 9 Pro Fold 2)
Keep in mind it's only currently for people in the Google Message Beta (This isn't an USM Beta, it's accessed through the Google Play Store), once enrolled, if spots are available, it will take a few hours to update.

When porting a number into US Mobile - Does US Mobile do a SMS/Test verification like Google Voice does?
Or as long as the Account # and PIN are there - one is good to go?
I had one line with US Mobile and ported over the remaining two lines from my old carrier, added three watches all in little over an hour last night. The three lines are all unlimited premium.
I lost my Netflix from my other provider and couldn't find anywhere to take advantage of US Mobile's perks. Contacted customer support through the mobile app iOS. Their response was I needed to email to the email they provided and send the three current invoices for the unlimited premium numbers. I did that about a half hour ago.
I have a few questions:
How does account ownership work with multiple lines? Is it just whoever created the account instead of the first number? Because I have a usmobile account but no number/line yet. I'm asking because I want to be account owner because leaving the account upto my mom isn't the best choice when we switch over from verizon and i heard that the account owner line has to be last to switch and that's my line
Hi everyone!
I’m 24 hours away from switching to US Mobile and I want to make sure am doing this correctly and my line activates properly. I was thinking of going with the pool plan and I keep hearing issues here and there with different carriers so I want to know what’s a good happy medium for these devices. I don’t care for coverage as I will be using all three for that reason and spend most of my time home (work from home) and just want to have cellular network as a failsafe. I understand that there is an option to buy 1GB for $15 and 5GB for $45 for international data and 1GB for $2. Does anyone have any recommendations when it comes to using all three?
Thanks in advance!
Pretty much the title. I wanted to renew my monthly plan for another month. And somehow instead my stupid self put it on annual. It's a secondary line, so I don't really need or want that. And I didn't even realize it until I was looking at my credit card app and wonder why my usage was so high this week... Is there anything I can do?
Initiated a request to transfer from Warp to Dark Star. Status now says "slight hiccup". What does this mean?
Update : It now says your transfer is on hold 😔
(Sigh) Maybe I should have known better. Looked too good to be true. Still waiting for activation of the plan on my Ultra 2.
Thought I'd wake up with a notice that a SIM was waiting, but...no.
