Is it just me or do International Admissions (Specifically LAC) just never respond to emails? I’ve sent probably 10 emails and got no response. It’s really deterring me from applying as they don’t offer much assistance to prospective students.
They also have the audacity to send me email ads about applying and to reply to the emails if I have any questions.. 🤣
I'm an international student, and I need to get into USF, as it's my main priority
I got a 1350 on the sat, with an average of 84% throughout high school (idk how much it is in gpa)
what did you all do to get in? Can I get in with these stats?
I'm looking for admission in fall 2025 and doing early application. how yall think I should go about this
Any International Student had got I20 doc before 5 - 7 days ?
i can’t quite find anything online saying if you can access certain buildings over the weekend for the sarasota-manatee campus. this is my first year here (off-campus living) and i wanted to know if i could get into areas like buildings C/D for study reasons on the weekends? i truly haven’t explored the campus outside of that area but noticed the tables in the little roundabout area on the second story by those windows when i leave the building. do you have any good places to study in the area?
thanks!
do i just go to the adress? and walk through the doors? there are no comments... is anybody else doing the SAT here?
Which is better ?
Hi,
I'm planning to graduate next year and I need to take Financial Statement Analysis. Plan for now is to take it in the spring. Anyone have feedback on the current professors posted and your experiences. I prefer online or hybrid, but if the in person professor is doable then I will make it work .
TIA
I came to the US as an international graduate student. Two years later I became a permanent resident, and now I'm a citizen. Can I request a change in Florida residency for tuition purposes? Any tips? Thank you!
I am starting in the spring and want to live on campus. I already found a roommate who is also starting in the spring. What is the application/room selection process like for spring with a roommate? And will it even be likely that we will be able to get a room together due to limited space?
USF has already said it’s less likely, but how less likely?
Currently in survey of human disease, had been using the Pearson online textbook and homework, but I can no longer access any of it. I had been told by the bookstore that there was an ongoing issue with Pearson and USF access, however when I emailed usfacess@follett.com, they claimed those that had access should have it back. However, I do not have access back. Is anyone else experiencing this or knows anything I can do to gain access back? Thanks.
Hi y'all, I am a sophomore and my major is in history. I have been planning out my classes and the amount of credits I need to fulfill my degree. Now, if I have done my math correctly, I will be fully done with the requirements of my major by Fall Semester 2025 except for the 120 credits required to graduate
So by the time I am done with credits for my major, I will have 30 credits hours worth of classes I need to take. I don't have a minor but if I were to get one it would still leave me needing 15 credit hours for the 120 credit requirement.
So my question is, is there any way to waive the 120 credit hour requirement? I just find it incredibly unnecessary to be forced to take an additional 30 credit hours worth of classes when everything for my major would be completed. Any help is appreciated!
Hey I made the dumb move of forgetting to schedule my midterm and it's in less than a week, any chance I could still somehow schedule the midterm or am I cooked?
Anybody else have a problem opening your email on MyUSF mobile? It never loads.
I mean, I’ll check at home later, but was just curious. The app is a pain in the ass.
I'm thinking of transferring to USF from GSU (Atlanta) and wanted to ask, for tech majors, how the job market is around Tampa for internships and part-time jobs. From my research, I learned USF has more med students, I believe, and I wanted to know if CS or IT academics are still good and prioritized?
I live a mile from campus and idk why I'm hearing some noise. Sounds like a chopper. Can anyone else hear it? Any idea why?
Ever since the most recent Canvas update like 70% of my course content won’t load when i use Firefox. It’s fine when I use Chrome, but I honestly hate having to use such a mid browser just to access my coursework and would far far prefer to just keep using ff. Has anybody else experienced this issue? Is it likely to be a permanent problem or is this just typical buggy update issues?
Hello,
Hope you guys can help me with this. My sister goes to USF St. Pete campus but we live close to the Tampa campus. Is there any bus/Bull runner that connects the Tampa campus with the St. Pete campus? IT would be a lot easier to drive to the Tampa Campus and then take the bus down to St. Pete.
Thank you!!!

Hi everyone! I’m transferring to another university after this semester & was hoping to find someone interested in taking over my apartment lease. It’s a private bedroom/bathroom in a 5x5 apartment (great female roommates) at Halo 46, less than a mile from Tampa campus! The apartment has stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, & is fully furnished. The complex has a lot of amenities including a courtyard, pool, grilling area, study rooms, valet trash, garage parking, multiple nearby Bull Runner stops, & more! Rent is $850 per month plus $35 for parking. The lease will start January 1st and end on July 31st. Please let me know if you are interested.
I’m joining USF in Spring and plan to major Cybersecurity. What are some of the courses I will have to take and are they math heavy? If so, what are some study habits I could implement in my day-to-day routine?
Is there a GroupMe for Voronine physics 1 lecture 12:30/1:45 for Tuesday and Thursday?
I got a 52 on my principles of investment exam. Grade dropped to a 58%. Exams are worth 70% of the grade. Am I toast? I tried doing math it’s not mathing and I tried using Chatgpt it told me to upgrade to premium.
