Hello, I'm looking for a sublease for Spring 2025 for me and one other person, we are both males. Preferably somewhere with parking and not too far away from campus. Also something thats preferably under $800-900. Let me know if anyone finds anything or if anyone finds leases that are specific for just one semester.
Hi! I’m a female with 2 friendly dogs that needs housing in the spring. Please let me know if anyone knows any housing options for the spring that is either on or near campus!
found them on aparments.com. rent looks affordable and their reviews are nice but those can be botted ig. would love to hear an honest review on them if you do/have lived there! :)
I’m graduating early this semester and looking to sublease my private room and bathroom in a 2b/2ba apartment at Polo Club Athens for Spring 2025. The rent is $925 per month. I've lived here for over a year, and it’s been a solid choice—with great amenities like a pool, tennis court, and gym area, plus a shuttle to campus. You’ll be sharing with one other UGA student, and the room is available starting in January. Message me for more details or to make an offer!
i’m transferring in the spring for my junior year and am looking for a place to live that isn’t too far from campus, preferably with other girls and below 1k a month :)
Hey I’m transferring in the spring. Does anyone have any subleasing or suggestions with housing? It would also need to allow 2 dogs with me. Thanks!
I'm going to be transferring from KSU in the spring and I'm looking to take over someone's lease. Preferably all girls. Please let me know if you have any leads!! You can message me here or @kaitscog on ig
Hi, I got into Georgia Tech for the spring so I am subleasing my apartment for the spring. The Mark is one of the nicest student housing and I’m definitely gonna miss it. It comes with a rooftop pool, movie theater, and golf simulator. My apartment is the 2 bed 2 bath floor plan. Very flexible with the price. DM for details. It’s a 7 minute walk from tate.
Hey guys! What are yalls opinion for joining a sorority at UGA? Would I also be able to bring two dogs with me?
I wanted to ask if anybody has stayed at the rive at athens, and what they thought of it. I am thinking of moving in next year since it is closer to campus, but I do not want to if it is expensive or has really bad quality.
Hi I am a spring transfer and am looking to sublease a place that’s under $800. I will also need a place that allows 2 dogs. Thanks!
Hi everyone! I was considering taking over a lease at the Park hill side. I’ve asked people who have lived there previously if they had any problems and people mention cockroaches and potential break-ins around the area. I wanted to get more experience and reviews from you guys. Anything helps thank you in advance.
Hi, everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Player’s Club West for 2024-2025 since I'll be moving in with family. ASAP if it’s possible. It’s a 3BR/2BA, but you’ll have your own private bathroom, and your bedroom is the biggest in the unit! The apartment comes with appliances and a washer and dryer unit, but your bedroom will be unfurnished. Rent will be $475 without utilities, but it shouldn’t go over $600. (The first month will be fully paid! And I’m willing to pay next month's rent to make it easier for you and the lease transfer!) You’ll be living with 2 other girls who are UGA alumni, but they’re the absolute sweetest, and they’ll always respect your boundaries and privacy! There’s a bus stop right outside the property, and it’ll be a 6 to 7-minute car ride to campus! If you have any issues with the apartment, just submit a maintenance request, and they’ll come quickly. They are always eager to help! Don’t hesitate to reach out to management through email as well! They’re fast responders!
If you have any more questions or would like photos, please message me!

yo, I've been accepted for spring '25 as a transfer. I was wondering what the best suggestion would be for housing. my dad would like for me to apply for housing just in case we don't find anything, but is it really cheaper to rent instead of living on campus? I'm coming from Tampa FL (born and raised) and am currently in school at UTampa. So, I read that renting is cheaper than dorming, which is bizarre to me. With that being said, where would be the best area to find the most ideal housing that isn't crazy expensive? Feel free to add anything that may be useful to know when living up there, I'll be visiting next week :)
Anyone have any experience living there? I was in Soule, and got off the waitlist for this, and not sure if I should accept?
Hi! My roommate and I are incoming freshman and are looking to live anywhere on central campus! We currently have an apartment-style dorm in ECV (vandiver)- living in a double occupancy room, with a kitchen, living room area, and two bathrooms. We are looking for two girls to swap rooms with us so please let us know if you and your roommate are interested!!
Looking to room swap from a double in Mary Lyndon w/community bath to an apartment-style room in ECV, will swap without roommate!
Hi! I'm looking for anyone who lives in the bridgewater neighborhood or is looking to move into on of the houses there ASAP! Preferably female and pet-free but I'm open! And rent less than $650! Anyone that's interested or knows someone please message me.
Hello, All! We are leasing private bedrooms in a 6 bedroom/4 bath smoke-free and alcohol-free home in the Forest Heights neighborhood in Athens, Georgia less than 15 minutes from Sanford Stadium. The dates on the lease are 07/25/2024 to 07/22/2025
Hello to everyone here. I'm an international graduate student about to begin my studies in UGA starting this Fall. Presently I'm looking for accommodations during my studies at University of Georgia. My current budget for rent is between 400-800 USD and I'm looking mainly for furnished rooms which are relatively close to UGA, looking to lease for a year. I have no issues living with others based on my previous experience. I'm also looking to move in hopefully prior to 5th of August if possible. Other than the aforementioned conditions, I do not think I have any particular requirements at present.
Hey y'all! I'm an upcoming junior majoring in Human Development and Family Sciences! I've had a long, interesting college journey so far - about to be 25 - but I can't wait to finish it here in Athens! I'm looking for a place i can call home with roommates that can mutually give me community. I'll do all the chores, grocery shop, and more to look after and keep the house/apartment! Rent would ideally be $800 or less and the more roommates and closer to campus the better!!! Please DM me soon, i only have a week and a half left in my house in kennesaw!
hey guys! I'm currently trying to find a place to rent for the spring semester (Jan 25–May/June 25) and would like to find a place around downtown Athens and near bus stops. I would prefer to live with one or two female roommates, rent around $500 to $850, and be pretty clean. A little bit about me: I'm majoring in psychology. I have a cat named Garfield who I would love to bring along with me, but totally okay if not. I love finding new cafes, going out or staying in, meeting new people, and listening to music (fiona apple, clairo, blood orange, palace, radiohead, charli xcx, chappell roan)! I'm also a clean person and like to keep my place organized :) Feel free to reach me through my IG: @kimberlyotruong
