I was taking a Final last night from 6-8 pm and my LockDown Browser closed after I answered the first question it gave me some message about how “my camera is being recorded properly!” and then i hit continue and the whole thing just closed. This submitted it as a 0%. I have sent my professor several emails and sent 2 to my TA with no response. Am i cooked???

Hi does anyone know if you're accepted but branched:

1. How will students participate in certain sports, clubs, rec center, etc

2. Does branched students still live on storrs campus for housing but commute to branched location for classes

looking into doing one of these with a friend next year! we’ll both be seniors and both currently have single accommodation rooms. i’m curious if anyone knows how many credits are needed to get one (i’m technically a first sem senior by credits rn). also if anyone has pics or just generally knows the layout of them that would be so appreciated!! it says they don’t have a common room but from the floor plan it looks like they do so im just kinda confused lol

Was on probation this semester and failed 3/4 of my classes. I know I am absolutely getting dismissed but I want to know my odds of my appeal being accepted or any advice on how to make it.

Was doing good in the beginning of the semester but then my grandpa died and I fell into bad habits. I reflect now that I should have handled it better. I really do want to stay in UConn. I have a campus job ready for me next semester and I already signed a lease for a nearby apartment for next school year. I know where I went wrong and have a plan to succeed next semester. I just really need them to not dismiss me and allow me that chance.

Any advice or anyone gone through the same thing?

has anyone else gotten deferred from Uconn’s early decision ? if so what were your majors and what could this mean ? i know it was their first year with ed but do we think there is still a chance ? i applied for biology.

my lockdown browser just crashed on the second question of a final and it is the very end of finals week. I answered the first question and then there was a screen saying my camera is working properly and my grade is now a 0% for the Final. I emailed my professor frantically 3 times with no response. Hi, I’m looking into laptop choices for UCONN and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. I had a surface pro years ago and loved it, but I don’t know if the Windows ARM ones would have too many compatibility issues for Computer Engineering. I do have a windows desktop, so the laptop would be my daily use note-taking machine and not my only option for coursework.

Would the new surface pro work fine for engineering or should I look into the surface pro 9 refurbished models?

My brother goes to UCONN, he tells me that there's no shared/common fridge or microwave or even a water fountain anywhere in his dorm, Towers. This sounds a little crazy to me, when I dormed in another university we at least had water fountains and a shared fridge/sink/microwave on our floor - does UCONN really not have these in dorms?

Yooo so I filled out the housing application the minute it was released, but I've been placed in the waiting list for housing. Should I wait and see if there is any chance I could get on campus housing or are the chances so slim I look for off campus housing? Currently live ~30 minutes away.
