About Us: We are 3 second-years/incoming third-years (19F) that are looking for another group to split our UA with. We are Phy Sci, Bio, and CogSci majors (#womeninstem <3). In our (very limited 🙁) free time we love having movie nights, reading, exploring LA, and exchanging memes with each other. 

We are hoping to get a 2-bedroom 6-person university apartment for next year! (Probably Gayley Heights, Landfair Vista, Levering Terrace) Ideally we would prefer another group of incoming third-years just so we don’t have to search for another set of roommates next year. 

Our General Policies/Lifestyle:

• Drinking is ok in the apartment, but preferably no smoking 
• Daytime guests are fine, but we’d prefer to have a heads-up for overnight guests
• We are relatively clean, and we’d like roommates that are too. As long as you clean up after yourselves in the kitchen + bathroom there won’t be any issues. 
• We usually go to bed around 12-1am and wake up around 7-8am on weekdays.

Hiii guys, I’m looking for a female roommate for a private apartment off campus around the UCLA campus.

I’m pretty flexible with which building we look for, but I don’t want anything too far from campus. I would say that my price range for rent is $1000 ~ $1500 /month per person. So far is looking into an apartment for 1 bd / 1 bath to share with 1 other female roommate. However, I’m also down to share an apartment with 2 bd / 2 bath with 3 other female roommates.

Here’s a little bit about myself

• Currently a senior (2nd transfer), 22 years old
• Sleep schedule: 12 am - 2 am, depending on the class schedule, but I usually wake up around 10 am.
• Time in the room: I typically spend most of my time in the room if I have like a project to work on, but I do love to go out sometime for a day just to chill during the weekend.
• Study habit: It’s ok (I sometimes do it too) to play music out loud. I would say though, just keep it in headphones or at a low volume when I’m studying cause I need some quiet space to focus. Also, I prefer to study with the lights on.
• Room Temp: 70 F ~ 75 F
• Interests: I love watching movies/shows, sports games (basketball, soccer, and track & field), drawing (sometimes), going to nearby cities for shopping or FOOD, and cooking. I also love listening to K-POP, rap, pop, and little R&B music
• And I don’t smoke
• Overnight guest(s): I don’t really mind as long as there’s a warning for guest visits, and at least a day ahead warning for if any overnight guests
• Ideal move-in time: Beginning of Sept. 2025

I’m very accommodating, outgoing, easygoing, and always open to talking about anything and everything. Also, I wouldn't say I'm not a super neat freak, but I like to keep the place somewhat organized and cozy.

Living Preferences: 

Sleep: Both between 11pm - 1am (depends on the day/weekends). I wake up (earliest) at around 7:30-8am depending on if I’m working/have a class. R wakes up at around 9 or later depending on the day. (subject to change depending on class schedule). R and I are also pretty deep sleepers. 

Temperature: Prefer the room to be pretty cool. No AC/Heater on in the night, but window open is okay. 

Noise: Calls in the room are okay but please just be considerate. Overnight guests are up for discussion.  

Cleanliness: We are both pretty clean but sometimes get messy towards the end of the week, however we always keep our mess to our side of the room/in our own space 

Partying: We both smoke/drink but keep smoking out of the room. We like to go out on the weekends to dance and have fun with friends but lock in after midterm season lol 

Allergies: Both of us have pretty severe seasonal and nut allergies. We would prefer it if the person we roomed with didn’t eat nuts in the room.
