I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the "Accolades Collegiate Village East", which will start December 9th, 2024 until July 31st, 2025 (can be discussed). The month of December will already be paid for, however starting January 1st, 2024 the rent will be  $1325 a month plus utilities.  Price includes rent, parking, premiums, and all fees. 

The location is a 10 minute walk from campus and a 5 minute shuttle ride (which runs every 15 minutes). The amenities can be found on their website (theaccoladecve.com). The room is part of the D2 floor plan, is on the top floor of the building, and has a view of the courtyard.

Hey guys, like the title says I’m subletting my room at the Aves. I unfortunately have a family member who is very sick so I will be moving back home to take care of them. The environment is great and the staff are awesome, my roommates are super nice and very friendly. The room is furnished with a bed as well as desk with two closets. The complex also had a parking garage that is super resistant to hurricane-type weather that we get here in Florida, and had plenty of space for you and visitors. Hi! I am looking for a girl to take over my 1 bed, 1 bath next Spring and Summer! I’ve really enjoyed living here, but I’m studying abroad!

The room is a part of a 4x4 at Orion on Orpington. There are two cats in the apartment who are super adorable and friendly! One is shy and won’t be out very often, but the other one is very sweet and sociable. The room is on the second floor of three, and the roommates are very friendly and tidy!

Rent is $970 base, a $12 green fee, insurance ($14 if you get it from them), and $40 for electricity (plus a few extra bucks a month if you all exceed the max, but I’ve only paid like $20 extra for that in 4 months). In total, the rent is $1039/month. There is also $150 in move in fees, and I would like to split the $882 sublease cost ($441 for each of us). Feel free to DM me and we can talk about that.

Some of the amenities include a 24 hour gym, a pool + jacuzzi, a pickleball court, at-door trash service, a computer lab, and study rooms.

The Pointe is very inexpensive for the amount of space + amenities you get considering the cost of other apartments.

Hello! I am planning to move into The Pointe next year (FA25) but I don’t want to risk getting a random roommate. I am currently a sophomore in mechanical engineering. I am looking for someone that respects common areas (I usually keep it clean but I just don’t want someone that is messy), is quiet (doesn’t bring friends over late but if they do they keep it at a low noise level; not blasting TV), washes their dishes (doesn’t keep it in the sink for a week), is nice to animals ( I have a very very sweet cat and I get worried about having a roommate that doesn’t know how to treat animals), and a nice person in general!! I am a pretty good roommate (if I do say so myself 😸). I keep the noise level down, I clean up the apt, I wash my dishes within the day, I can be social of you’re okay with it, I communicate and I take feedback. Hi I am trying to plan ahead with my lease for next year. I am graduating a semester early at the end of Fall 2025. If I renew my current lease, I would have to find a sublease for Spring 2026 which I know can be very difficult and unlikely. Does anybody have recommendations of complexes with 6 month leases?
