Hi! I currently live at the Accolade East in a 4x4 all girls; it is brand new, just finished being build Aug 2024. I'm looking to sublet my room for move in ASAP/Spring 2025. It's a great place to live, brand new with amazing amenities, multiple study rooms on every floor, sky lounge, gym, pool, courtyard, etc. It's in a prime location right across from Plaza on University. Rent is 1210 monthly, utilities are separate, and same level garage parking is available if needed. Wi-Fi is included, and there is free printing in the study lounge as well. Also everything is in one building so if you go to the gym or study lounge in the night u don’t have to walk outside! There is also a shuttle that runs every 10 minutes and it's one of the closest student apt complexes to UCF, so it is walkable if needed. Since it is newly built, our apartment fridge does make ice and water, which most student housing complexes don't. It's also gated so it's safe and multiple elevators across the property for ease of moving in/out.

I am urgently looking for someone (female only) to take over my lease at The Lofts before November or December. October rent is paid for those who would like to move in soon. The room is on the second level of a renovated 4x4 unit. Rent is $1020, fetch delivery service is $11, renter's insurance is $11, and the electricity normally comes out to under $30 a month.
