SUBLET NINE AT CENTRAL
Hi! I am looking to sublet my lease for a 2x2 with balcony, private bedroom and bathroom, valet trash, and amentities starting in January 2025, Spring 2025. Most likely around January 15th,2025 for move in. The base rent is $1,299/ month, with utilities i end up paying around $1,340. The living room, kitchen and LAUNDRY ROOM are all as spacious as the bedrooms. There's plenty of floor space, a walk in closet, and a private bathroom with an LED/Bluetooth and self heating mirror. My current roommate is 21 (Female) very sweet and I have known her my whole childhood. She is polite, quiet, and clean. My lease goes until July 31, 2025, but I have also resigned for the following year and would be happy to offer that as well. The Nine at Central is very new, there aren't any problems we have encountered in the apartment either. There are UCF shuttles that come here, and it is a 5 minute drive to campus (1.3 miles) Share with anyone needing a place to live in the UCF area in the spring!

Knights Circle 2x2 Sublease
Hi everyone! Me and my girlfriend are both looking to sublease our apartments in Knights Circle. We live in a fully furnished 2x2 bedroom layout, meaning you would have your own room and bathroom. Urgent! Plaza 4x4 all male unit sublease for January!
Hi everyone! I am subleasing a 1x1 in a 4x4 MALE apartment right across campus, at Plaza on University. There is a shuttle to take you to school, but also it is a 5 minute walk across the street to get to campus. Rent is $1,099 which includes utilities, but electricity is capped so sometimes there are additional charges (no more than 50 bucks, and it happens RARELY). This sublease is for January to the end of July.
You get your own bathroom, and it is furnished. It comes with a bed, desk, chair, two drawers, and a small table. It is very safe and you can park your car in the private garage if you’d like. The roommates also keep to themselves.
As well as this, there are additional amenities Plaza on University has to offer. This includes a 24/7 gym, two different pools, multiple study rooms, and more! It is also located right next to a bunch of food places that are just minutes away on foot, such as McDonalds, Bento, Bar Louie, BurgerFi, Menchies, Blaze Pizza, Island Wing Company, Taco Bell, Insomnia Cookies, and much more.
This is a great place to live, and I am sad to have to leave but I am graduating this Fall 2024, so I am moving back home. Let me know if you are interested or have any questions!

I graduated and moved out early so i’m subleasing my Pointe at Central 2x2 UCF apartment for $870 a month and I’m offering to pay the first month of rent. Im looking for good off campus apartments for less than 1050, I've looked at many of them like the station, the Hub, the retreat west, the Aves and the quad, and when i look at reviews many have horrible things like mold and a lot of insects so i was wondering what are some good options that you guys would recommend and if you guys have good/bad things to say about the ones i visited it.

Looking for someone to take over in December/January
Roommates are two friendly and social girls that go to UCF, they do not have a cat. The apartment stays clean. Maintenance is quick to respond with any issues (within a day) and there are no bug or rodent problems. The office does weekly community events where you can get free food, prizes, and do fun activities. It's genuinely a nice place, me and my partner are just moving away for external reasons.
Rent- $870 each unit ($105 cheaper than current rate!!) (please note, if you saw my previous post, we originally thought our sign on deal would not transfer. We clarified that it would)

Hello, my roommate is moving out and I'm looking for someone who's interested in taking over his lease for The Pointe at Central for Spring 2025-Summer 2025. This is a 2x2 and rent is $927.95 a month plus $12 renter's insurance. Utilities are included and there is a fee if you go over the limit but since I’ve been living here it rarely went over and the fees are less than $10, and there is also free wifi and no water limit. I live on the first floor and I would say this unit is pretty clean and in good condition. I’m also pretty chill! I think this is a good apartment to live in and for the price it's a good deal.
