I used to pay for x premium but it was just the $16 subscription, and it didn’t even pass a month and they charged me without me even noticing, I need to see what I can do, X support isn’t the greatest but I need a refund, this doesn’t feel fair at all, any advice? Everytime I try to add a new account by continuing to google it just keeps showing me this blank screen

i made a twitter account yesterday and forgot they changed how uppercase letters look. so a part of my username is had an uppercase i in place of an L. well, i wanted to change it and ran into the client error on mobile and rate limit on web. i got through that and MADE SURE to switch the i to a proper l. well, for some reason, the i is still there. why?? i’m genuinely so confused why it’s doing that. how do i fix this?

I just DMed somebody quite a lengthy message, it showed it in the inbox and then came up with the “failed to send”, my account then got locked for supposedly unusual activity, I had to do the authentification check, but then when I logged back in, it was gone. The Meta apps don’t have the “failed messages” disappear completely… I can’t retype it either because there was quite a lot in there. Anyone have any help?

You report them and get an email stating "We received your x case", and how they've opened a case and are investigating, but then immediately the system sends another email: "We have an update for you" - and unsurprisingly, there's no case to answer.

Several times today I've selected a quoted tweet in my feed and I've been directed not to a quoted tweet but a random betting website or something, as if I'd just clicked a link in a tweet.

I am in the US, in an iPhone using the regular app.

It just started happening yesterday I'd say, but now when I'm viewing a video or an image, when I go back to my feed, instead of letting me just keep scrolling down it will automatically refresh my feed, which is very annoying.

Someone else having this?

Edit: it also happens when I go back into the app, for example. Doesn't let me scroll on my old feed but a new one loads up.

Anyone have an issue where someone is trying to login to an old account with different locations? On the 30th, someone tried to log in to an old account of mine that I can't even access several times. Last time that I used it was September of 2016.

hey idk who else to ask cos i’ve been googling it but can’t seem to find anything relevant. i try to scroll down on my account to see all my tweets and it refreshes but doesn’t show anything else. i’m logged into 4 accounts and this is the only one im having this problem with, i only have ≈300 tweets so it’s not a limit problem or anything. i tried viewing my account from a different profile too and i still can’t see them. :(

No matter how long you wait or what device you use it will often give you a hard time when changing usernames…

The solution I found is to spam click the “Save” button on the X web client for 10-15 seconds. It will accept your change eventually as long as the username is not taken. 😊

Hi - I’ve been trying to change my username for a few weeks now but it gives me an error that the username is unavailable, even though no accounts exists with the names

Then proceeds to give me a rate limit. I tried spamming the click like some posts here said but no luck
