It looks good but given how it doesn't seem like there isn't gonna be anymore episodes I'm worried I'll watch the show, finish it, and then be starved of content
Edit: Finally started watching last night!
i'm in aus i cant find it
Edit: I just finished season 2 and 3, really sad there’s no more episodes. Other people may dislike Tuca but my friend is literally Tuca. It’s almost like this character was based off her and our relationship! From the suspected ADHD, job hopping, romantic relationships, endometriosis/ period uterus related issues to family matters. I’m really pushing her to watch this show! I think having representation and different narratives of women lives are uplifting :) it creates solidarity and helps young women navigate the complexities of AFAB experiences- like dismissive health professionals regarding women’s health, workplace harassment, romantic relationships and general human experience like depression, anxiety and trauma. I really like how friendship is the central theme of this series, it is depicted in a less transactional way like other shows and IMO, very realistic and is a great representation of my platonic relationship with my besties.
I only watched season 1. I’m quite confident Tuca have ADHD! She reminds me of my best friend who have ADHD and I have ADHD-Autism.
My friend acts so much like Tuca it feels like watching my own friendship dynamic 😭 in high school and early 20s— always job hopping, getting into troubles, problem with substance abuse, but very outspoken, confident, charismatic and erratic. I used to be anxious and have social anxiety like Bertie… I don’t know think Bertie have autism but her experiences are relatable
Considering how much she likes positive media like that “I’m always gonna love you” song and how her family was at least relatively dysfunctional. I imagine Tuca would’ve been a fan too.
saw this sign and immediately thought when will pastry pete stop??
This is genuinely my favorite line from the entire show, and I really hope I’m not the only one.
That’s it. It really was a comfort show among comfort shows. Nothing compares. Really excited for Waksberg and Hanawalt’s next project, but man, I can’t help but feel it just won’t hold a candle to this masterpiece.
Or maybe it will. I dunno. I just really miss this show.
Im on s2 e5 and I just found this sos funny
They all ready set up his ID. I'm genuinely curious. (I haven't seen past season 2 so idk if he came back or not)
One minute, it's all wacky and zany, the next, we're talking about sexual assault. You can't just drop a bomb like that and then go back to the wacky sound effects in the next episode. Thankfully, Seasons 2 and 3 had a much better balance of goofiness and serious themes.
i just watched the first season on netflix but i don’t have anything i can watch the other seasons on. does anyone know where i can watch tuca and bertie completely for free?
At first it was hard for me to admit it, but I love this show! I barely even use Reddit anymore, but I knew Reddit would be a good place to find fans of this show. I thought Bojack Horseman was a great show till I found out this show was renewed by adult swim back in 2020. Personally I think this show has potential and it really could be fully realized and appreciated if it would be given a proper ending. And honestly this show has done a lot for me even as being a 16 year old guy. It’s practically my comfort show I guess, this show makes my life make a lot more sense when living with tough life circumstances and mainly very persistent anxiety, and also adhd both since I can remember. Although the show was not specifically perfect at times, it was far from cancel worthy I think It would be amazing if this came back tbh, and I know I’m not the only person that feels this way about it
I'm craving to watch season 2 but I can't find any websites to do it. Does anybody know where can I watch it? 😭
