Game/Set/Match to Trump

SOmeone please fire Biden’s Comm Director. He or she just gave Trump the greatest break in the history of criminal law, booking this Biden statement at the exact moment the most people would be paying attention to the live feed from the courtroom. What a travesty. What a fucking travesty. Keep this up and Trump walks.

Trump's 175/430 Million dollar bond status

What's happening with this? where can we get a clear picture of what's happening? Last thing I'd heard was that Trump had secured the 175 million to start his appeal... Except not really now Hankey was not authorized to make that bond/loan... And suddenly everyone's distracted talking about eclipses (that happen every 18 months or so somewhere on the earth) and no one has any clear picture of what's happening... Does anyone have a picture of what's going on?

Reuters reveals Trump ordered trolling campaign against China

Some probably think they know all there is to know about Trump. They probably think the Mueller report exonerated him. Well, no matter what they think they know, do they know about Trump's real Russian connections from the seventies/eighties? They had best read a fascinating fact based report primarily about Boris Johnson and several other British Prime Ministers in which Trump is mentioned en passant.

The report, unlike the dirty dossier produced by Christopher Steele (ex MI6), is fact based and much of it has been accepted as fact by several British Prime Ministers. Rest assured, if you read this article your understanding of world politics will never be the same again. See the news for TheBurlingtonFiles website on July 21, 2021, and also read the brief articles referred to therein.

Pardon my small rant here...

I'm a long time watcher of YouTube and MSNBC, as well as other networks.

I've heard anchors and pundits laying out the bad news related to #45 (please don't make me say his name). and they ALL say "Get involved, do something towards not letting this continue"

And THAT'S my worry. I don't want to NOT do something I could have done to prevent this, but didn't.

My options seem to be: 1) vote blue 2) Let my representatives in my area (VERY BLUE anyway) know my opinions.

and thats, about it? With all these court cases, they WILL NOT take into account public opinion anyway. So how do we influence anything beyond voting and ranting into the ears of people who are going to do blue things anyway?? It just feels like we're cattle and waiting for the captive-bolt of #45 to come and end us.

Trump's Growing List of Excuses

The Lying Liar's List of Lies

  1. There were no boxes at Mar-a-Lago
  2. Other people brought those boxes to Mar-a-Lago
  3. Archives could have retrieved the boxes anytime they wanted
  4. All the documents in the boxes were declassified
  5. I was protecting the boxes for the Archives (I bought a padlock)
  6. The boxes were planted by the FBI
  7. Obama had more boxes
  8. The documents should not have been classified in the first place
  9. The documents were already returned.
  10. They were my documents
  11. There was a standing order that any documents I took out of the Oval Office were automatically declassified
  12. Mishandled and rushed move by GSA
  13. Invented hoax because J6 Committee ratings were dropping
  14. Laws against espionage are wrong
  15. Documents are protected by Client-attorney Privilege
  16. Documents are protected by Executive Privilege
  17. Not only were the FBI wrong in taking them - they better give them back
  18. The sensitivity of the documents has expired.
  19. Like President Nixon said, "if the president does it, then it is not illegal."
  20. I don't believe in the classification system
  21. It was an assassination plot
  22. Charging Trump would cause so much mayhem it would be a monstrous mistake
  23. Every President takes classified documents with them when they leave
  24. Mark Meadows planted the documents.
  25. I couldn't trust National Archives with the documents because they're controlled by Biden and Obama
  26. Only a limited number of Mar-a-Lago staff had access to the documents
  27. The documents were for a personal memoir.
  28. If it was so serious, why did the FBI take so long to search Mar-a-Lago?
  29. Not serious because affidavit for warrant didn't mention nuclear secrets.
  30. Nothing illegal was happening, it was only about documents.
  31. Trump is not stupid enough to have committed such a crime.
  32. Liz Cheney went back in time after losing the primary to order the FBI to raid Trump.
  33. DOJ was actually looking for Hillary's E-mails.
  34. NARA could have simply kept asking for the documents to be returned.
  35. The crime of espionage is really quite mundane.
  36. It was the FBI who took the documents out of the cartons, dropped them and spread them on carpet.
  37. I couldn't trust the Pentagon to store and dispose of these documents so I HAD to keep them.
  38. Keeping government documents at Mar-a-Lago is like having overdue library books.
  39. The classified documents at Mar-a-Lago were en route to his Presidential Library.
  40. The real issue are leaks to the media that Trump had these top secret documents.
  41. Government has to prove documents are classified.
  42. Cannot talk about declassifying documents because it could be our criminal defense.
  43. DOJ has to give the classified documents back because I wrote on them.
  44. The documents were mostly newspapers.
  45. I can declassify documents just by thinking about it.
  46. I'm protected by God as a bastion against the evils of a secular world.
  47. George H. Bush hid government docs in a Chinese restaurant in a bowling alley.
  48. Hunter Biden.
  49. I designated seized Mar-a-Lago documents as personal records
  50. They can't charge me because I'm running for President.
  51. It's OK because I stole the documents openly and transparently.
  52. Law enforcement should focus on murders instead of this.
  53. Bill Clinton used to keep tapes in a sock drawer.
  54. Biden did it also.
  55. Jack Smith may very well turn out to be a criminal.
  56. I enjoyed collecting hundreds of folders marked classified as cool keepsakes?
  57. I needed the classified folders to block a light on my nightstand that had been keeping me awake late at night.
  58. I have a right to take stuff.
  59. They had to pay Nixon $18 million when they took back his stuff.
  60. Everything I did was right.
  61. I'm at least as innocent as Mike Pence.
  62. DOJ guilty of corruption and overreach.
  63. Hillary deleted 33,000 E-mails
  64. I have proof that I am innocent but it was destroyed in a flood.
  65. DOJ bribed witness' lawyer.
  66. This is a crime that doesn't exist.
  67. This is election interference by the DOJ.
  68. The classified documents were only copies and not the originals.
  69. Jack Smith "planted" information in the "boxes" given to him.
  70. I have a very busy life and couldn't sort through all the documents before leaving White House.

What have I missed?

The new GA law targeted against Fanni Willis

I understood the new law that just went in to effect targeted at removing an an DA doing her job. The law had been forged to punish DAs who the state legislature felt were NOT prosecuting enough vic....um potential criminals. I'd heard that the law was in court. Can anyone confirm the challenge to the law is in court?

Can we prevent this

If we're already convinced/worried that Trump might just pardon himself if he's elected president, can we preemptively make a law against a POTUS giving himself pardons?

Founders probably didn't consider it, because it would have been such an ridiculous idea that someone convicted of major crimes could still get elected. But here we are

Just like we had to codify the role of VP in certifying the electors.

Can we do this? If a jury decides you're guilty, how can we just allow one person (himself) to over-ride that?

Really would highlight that there's two rules of law. For the entitled and the rest of us

Trumps new indictment

It’s alleged that Trump had his valet Nauta and his head of maintenance for Mar-a-Lago urged his tech department to delete any surveillance footage related to the stolen documents It’s a ledge, that these two men loaded boxes onto the TruMp plane and took them to Bedminster

It’s alleged that Trump gave access to what is expected, are top-secret documents related to national security and nuclear capabilities to Nauta and D’Oliveira

When you have to repeat something many times, maybe the opposite is true

I mean, saying Not Guilty 37 times should be a hint that you're actually guilty of something

Right?

Its Time

It is time for those of us with actual common sense to silence the MAGA politicians. Here are the top ten targets.

  1. Donald Trump
  2. Kari Lake
  3. Marjorie Taylor Green
  4. Matt Gaetz
  5. Josh Hawley
  6. Ted Cruz
  7. Rand Paul
  8. Jim Jordan
  9. Kevin Mccarthy
  10. Elise Stefanik

These people must be blocked from serving in government. ever again. There needs to be a powerful grassroots movement to eradicate the radical right wing.

To be clear I am not all at calling for violence against these people. they are Americans. BUT they must be removed from Office Legally and Peacefully ASAP. The MAGA Right Wing, Election denying , White Supremicist wing of the GOP must be destroyed. The GOP must rebuild and leave the trash of MAGA behind.

Pence says ‘history will hold Donald Trump accountable’ for Jan. 6th

The Mueller report does show one astonishing undisputed fact. Trump's entourage had 272 active Russian connections in the run up to his election as El Presidente of the largest banana republic on earth. No other foreign country is known to have had such extensive links to either Trump or Clinton or indeed any other known presidential candidate in the history of the USA. It is reminiscent of Bantam Britain's Tory Party's ongoing and historic links with Russia. So, when was Trump first “influenced” by the KGB? Rest assured it was not recently.

To find out more, read the fact based article entitled Britain's Dismal Dossier On Russian Political Infiltration by ex-spook Bill Fairclough (author of The Burlington Files). It's available from TheBurlingtonFiles website in a news article dated July 21, 2021, since updated. Alternatively just ask the UK's recent "Justice" Secretary Brandon Lewis, aptly codenamed the Baron Swindler (an anagram courtesy of Private Eye) or did Private Eye simply publish his latest FSB nom de plume? Meanwhile do see if you know any of the 60 and counting Tory Party devotees listed as having Russian links in that fact based article.

New York prosecutors offer Trump a chance to testify before grand jury

... and to think I thought Ex El Presidente Donald Trump was a prim, proper, prudent and patriotic President until I read the epic fact based spy novel Beyond Enkription in TheBurlingtonFiles series to finish off my CIA induction program ... Did you know about Trump's real Russian connections from the seventies?
