Welcome!
This subreddit is dedicated to discussing the Transformers cinematic universe, produced by Paramount Pictures and DreamWorks and which began in 2007 with Michael Bay's Transformers.
Bay is directing a fifth film, The Last Knight, to be released in 2017, as his last. A Bumblebee spin-off, directed by Travis Knight, is scheduled for 2018, and a sixth film is to be released in 2019.
In April 2017, Bay stated that, as a result of the writers' room, there are fourteen stories completed for potential future Transformers films.

Reasons he might be wrong.
In Transformers: The Last Knight, There was a flashback scene that took place during World War II with Bumblebee fighting the nazis while in Bumblebee, Bumblebee himself didn't even come to Earth until 1987. If you connect the World War II scene from Transformers: The Last Knight and Is the sabbatron scene from Bumblebee, It would not make sense, If you connect the character Bumblebee from the 2018 movie of the same name and Rise of the Beasts by ignoring the World War II scene from The Last Knight to the 2007 film, It would make sense.
So pretty much established, Bumblebee from the Michael Bay directed universe is still cannon to the preboot series And he still sets up his appearance in the 2007 movie but only if you ignore that 1 scene from The Last Knight, the World War II scene.
Every other transformer from 2018's Bumblebee and 2023's Rise of the Beasts, If you connect those other Transformers to the 2007 movie after appearing in both of those 2 films between 2018 and 23 it would not make sense.

The savior of the live-action Transformers franchise. Bumblebee is a Pitch Perfect live-action Transformers movie full of heart emotion humor action but most importantly Crystal Clear storytelling where you actually care about the characters. Charlie Watson has a character Arc where you actually care for her, she was too afraid to take a dive to overcome the loss of her father until the very end where she dived for Bumblebee. Bumblebee gets much needed character development, it took 11 years for every single one of us to find out how he lost his voice and he also loses his memory until we are towards the end of the film where his memories come back and he takes down to the main Decepticon villains at the end of it Bumblebee and Charlie were well developed finally overcome their struggles. How Bumblebee got his radio voice how he lost his voice too and how Charlie overcame the loss of her father. With Transformers: Rise of the Beasts coming out on June 9th we already knew that movie wouldn't even exist if it wasn't for the critical or commercial success of Bumblebee. Bumblebee saved Transformers it was exactly what the 2007 film wanted to be. Same logline human and car.
What you need to do: Hunt for the toy line. Get tickets. Rewatch the Bumblebee movie.

The movie had lot of potential. They have planned so many movies before the release. Had the movie been success, the franchise would have scaled like anything.
Is it the retcon of Transformers coming to earth long before the timeline of first movie?
King Arthur, Merlin and the transformer knights?
Quintessa?
Earth is Unicorn?
Megatron surviving again?
Which one is it?
