Above is a link to download 900+ charts for electric bass parts to a lot of different tunes. It’s from playing for over 15 years in cover bands and various projects. The music has written out bass lines and chord charts that match up with the recordings that they came from.
The download is completely free and if you feel so inclined you can send a donation to my Venmo at Matthew-Smiley-3.
Either way I am happy to share this music and have fun playing bass with these charts!
Hello I play piano by ears, but this piano piece has a lot of melody and I got lost. Can anyone please share with me their thoughts or some tips on how to play it? I would appreciate if someone can actually make a tutorial or guide how to get to someone to make me a tutorial. The url for the song: https://youtu.be/pHuAmqowxds? si=Y1HZev8rezux2MvP
Hi everyone,
I'm new to sheet music and my ability to capture rhythm and timing is still pretty shaky. I am attempting to transcribe a Joanna Newsom song -- specifically, the recent live arrangement of On a Good Day from the String/Keys Incident tour. I know it's in 12/8, and I find most of the relatively simple chords easy enough to transcribe after I've bashed up against them for a few runs: however, she does a really nice variation in the third line of the second verse, and I am really struggling to match up the baseline to the treble hand. I think I have the notes, but am can't seem to get it on a stave accurately. The part I mean is between 0.29 and 0.33 in this video:

It's a run down in the treble hand of notes with the baseline moving from an E to a G to a E chord (I think) -- but I can't get them to match! Can anyone help me figure it out?
Thanks for your advice!

Hey folks,
i am not very good at transcribing music, so i need your help.
Could anyone please transcribe the chords in this song, especially the 'Main Theme'?
I am not quite shure, how it's done. Maybe it's a D chord with difrent notes in the bass (F, C, G) ?
Thank you so much for your help.

Hello, non-native English speaker here. I would like to know if someone can recognize what the hell is being said in this song. This is an alternative version of the Gorillaz song "Punk". It was recorded for radio broadcasting with different lyrics, and for a long time, I've been trying to figure out what the actual lyrics are. If someone could help, I would be grateful. Thanks! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=00yTVGleKa0&t=38s

The song is Tears in Brasil by Piero Picconi (link is below) and I would be so happy if someone could figure out the guitar chords for me (I hope there's no capo) and I would gladly pay someone to do so.

In some need of transcription and guitar arrangement help.
Here's the track in question:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pq9tBq7F0o8&ab_channel=Metamora-Topic
I've been using my ear along with some my friend's help to learn harmonic support from the guitar, but I've seem to hit a brick wall of sorts... I know you need a capo on the 3rd fret, and I've learned a good chunk of it so far... I'm specifically struggling with this harmonic right around 0:45 of the track. I can seem to find the right arrangement to make this physically possible any help?
Hey so! I've been friends with this guy for a few years. He reached out to me when it wasn't easy for him, and stuck with me when a bunch of racist jerks were doxxing me, calling me out of my name and sending literal threats to everyone who was ever in a room with me. So recently he confided in me that he wanted to play the Cello, and bought one, and I was like, I should get back into piano (which I was good at!) And guitar (which I was miserable at??) So I'll pick one song and you pick one and we'll try to learn both and go from there!
Except, I can't find shit on the song he wants at all. I'm a fucking poor as hell, black, stuck in Detroit, obsessed with R&B and soul girl, who is obsessed with Patrick Stump (So obviously the song I picked is out there, ready and waiting) and he grew up (I'm only mentioning this shit just to show show how different we are, how much I appreciate that we are best friends, and how out of my depth I feel) in a white suburb, more what people would consider "privileged", etc and picked Ludovico Technique, "Live As Myself" and I can't find this song anywhere on my usual haunts and I'm really worried because he has been in a really low place (& I don't want to disappoint him) and I really built this up as a chill, fun thing we could do together and now I feel like a really shitty friend.
So anyway if anyone could just give me the chords to this song, I'd really appreciate it....
Looking for a transcription to Just Because by Sadie Jean in the form of a guitar tab.
Linked here: https://youtu.be/nQLY4oRLiRU?feature=shared
Willing to offer a bounty since it’s harder to hear the guitar, but this is my first time asking for a transcription so please let me know with what you think would be fair - the song is ~2 mins a 30 seconds.
Thank you!
I’ve tried to but I can’t get the notes right, it is originally a flugelhorn but has been changed to a trumpet. Can anyone help?
Looking for a transcription of the piano, but strings and vocals are a plus. Name a fair price for the time spent and I’d be willing to pay.
Now, I know, (it being a jazz standard) sheet music, chords, and even YouTube tutorials are readily available for this one but I quite like the way Monia in particular plays it, especially in this recording. I've tried automatic transcription websites but, of course, because of the vocals as well as the audio quality, it hasn't worked out very well so I was just wondering if anyone here could transcribe it. I recognize that the solo might be a bit hard/time-consuming to do so even just the chorus accompaniment would be appreciated! Thank you in advance!

I'm not sure how long a job like this would take, but Please feel free to suggest a fair price. Although exact music notation is preferred, feel free to offer a quote for rough-notes-style and music-notation style. Serious replies only.
Let me know if you can do one of the pieces or both.
Thank you!
Hello,
with AI being all the rage these days, I've looked for an app or a website able to transcribe simple pieces of music. I'm already familiar with AI-powered stuff that can isolate tracks, but that's not what I wanted. AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW, it seems those apps DO exist, or at least they're so advertised : it seems that you just have to provide an mp3 or a Youtube link and lo and behold ! Here is your music sheet, my good Sir.
Except no. I've tested those who were offering a free trial (with this simple piece) and one site couldn't do anything and gracefully "refunded my token", and the other one just vomited some garbage guitar chords that were anything but accurate.
Nothing close to the music sheet advertised.
So here is my question to you all : are there some trustful apps or websites out there that can actually spit out a music sheet from a piece of music, or are all those sites simple scams ?
Thank you for your time
P.S : I'm not asking for a transcription of the piece, I'm just asking if you know apps that could efficiently transcribe it, and I provided it only as a good test.
