Hey everybody,
I'm going trainspotting with some of my friends at a local crossing today in the East Bay Area, and were hoping to get some video footage of whatever comes through. My questions are:
what should I bring with me besides a camera/tripod?
What sort of safety tips should we follow? (Yes I have seen Sebastian deyoung and know basic safety rules like don't go on the tracks and ballast, but I'd like to know more)
What types of trespassing laws should I worry about at a crossing?
How can I get good pics/video footage?
What kinds of trains could we see?
Yeah that's basically everything. I'd love to learn more about trainspotting so I can go more frequently. Thanks!
lol that sounded like an email
