how long does it typically take for a package to get delivered in our mailboxes? i ordered something from amazon and it said it was “handed to a receptionist” and that was nearly three days ago, but i haven’t gotten an email from the school saying my package is ready for pickup…
Hello everyone, I am a recent graduate of Loyola University Chicago who majored in psychology. I have recently kick-started a non profit initiative. Essentially the organization tutors introductory level statistics, as it relates to psychology, and all proceeds are sent to an Afghani refugee relief organization directly. This way not only will you get help but will also be of help to so many in the process as a student at our organization. If you are interested in taking advantage of this tutoring resource and being part of an organization that can truly help so many lives, here is the link to learn more about it!

P.S (we will not be able to help you with SPSS guidance)
I just enrolled as a grad student after graduating undergrad 14 years ago. In that time, Burdick has been redone. I’m a member of the nearby Y. I get a discount through work but it’s still $51 a month. Is the campus gym nice enough to consider ditching that membership?
I am an EMF major who is looking for a side hustle. I have gained experience with videography and editing during my time at Towson and I am looking for anybody who will pay me to record and edit videos for them. I can do student projects, or content for social media, or any other content you’ll need assistance with. I am flexible with my pricing and budget and will be willing to negotiate prices for students who are interested. I am reliable and will deliver work on time. If you are interested please message me.
what’s the thrifting scenery like around here
hello does anyone know how i’d go about transferring here from UMBC? and if i transfer will my GA grant still hold up?
Hey I was wondering if anyone had the book “Problems And Solutions to Accompany Chang's Physical Chemistry for the Chemical & Biological Sciences”. I’ll be willing to meet up on campus for it as well!
Hii would anyone like to take over my lease. It’s a two bedroom 1 bathroom. Currently have a roommate you would split rent with. It’s off campus but about 15 minute walk to campus or it does have a shuttle stop. Dm me if u have any further questions about it.
I’m just wondering because he seems like a good person but doesn’t seem like a very great professor. Very confused on why he is confused about his own assignments and grades them so harshly for things he didn’t even specify. Managed to grade an essay in 3 days but yet also no grades for any group assignments that we’ve had basically every week that are worth 20% of our grade? Im just confused and wondering if others have had the same experience

Helping a friend make a hip-hop music video and looking for models and dancers for it. Ideally dancers are in contemporary or hip hop styles. Must be okay around LgBTQIA2+ people since it’s kinda a bubblegum bi femme pop video and we won’t tolerate bigots. Please be kind and respectful since we are just artists tryna make cool art. Just DM.
Hey y'all! I work for a social media company with a solid following across platforms, and we're planning to do some fun street interviews with students on campus. Nothing embarrassing—just some lighthearted brainteasers with a cash prize if you win!
I was up on campus this past Wednesday and filmed a few games near the student housing and enrollment buildings. Do you think that area would be better than catching you in between classes? Or is there a courtyard or another spot with heavy foot traffic where you all usually hang out?
Also, what days do people usually head out to bars, and where do you go—town center, the mall, or somewhere else?
Any suggestions would be super helpful, and feel free to hit me up if you want to join in! I’m pretty mobile with my setup, so I can pop up just about anywhere.
Thanks!
Seen leaving lot
Has anyone went there and gotten a job or actually networked with an employer there? Or is it more of a advertisement for there internships and they won't really consider you unless you apply online?
Hey everyone! I’m currently a student at Towson and I’m planning to attend the upcoming Career Fair. I’d love to hear from any alumni or fellow students who have been to the fair before!
Do you have any tips or tricks for making the most out of the event? I’m especially interested in:
Thanks in advance for any insights!
Hey y'all!
I will be at the union building selling brown butter toffee chocolate chip cookies this Friday at 2pm! They are $2 a piece! Will be giving out an extra cookie to the first 2 people who are buying!
Also be on the lookout around campus, I'll be putting coupons in random places!
(Hope to see y'all on Friday, also tell your friends about it!)
Edit: I unfortunately cannot make it as I had an emergency come up! Will be making a new post as soon as is possible
Thank you!!
I thought the description used to say that this was for (A) current and former students of TU and (B) residents of Towson. (I am an alumnus, but I’ve mainly posted things in the past pertaining to living in Towson.)
Now, all I’m seeing in the description is Studying & Education.
Okay so if I need a calculator really urgently, what are my options?😭😭
Hello! I am applying to TU this fall as an English major and was wondering if there were any alumni willing to nominate me for my application fee to be waved. I am paying for college out of pocket and want to save money where I can. If you are a TU alumni please reach out to me so I can send you the alumni fee waiver form. Thanks so much!!!
Hey I’m a emf student working on this solo film and I’m looking for actors ( one male and one female ) Hopefully food will be provided. I don’t just need actors if you don’t wanna act but want to lend a hand hmu if interested
Looking for a lead guitarist, bassist, and drummer to start a band. I make music as a solo musician to help play my music live as well as play covers and other original music we come up with. Genres: mostly Rock, Punk, Alternative, Indie but we might play other genres if interested pls lmk
Hey everyone, I’m new to the Towson/Baltimore area and I'm really looking for some people to jam/write wacky shit with. I'm into a bunch of shit, mostly rock but recently really starting to get into more techno stuff, so I'm really down to work on most anything.
I play bass & sing but I've also been working on a bunch of solo stuff on the computer, so I can program whatever we'd need. Would love to work with drummers and keyboard/piano players but I'll take whatever I can get! Hmu and we could talk something out :D
First year student here, can anyone provide clarity on how popular the football and basketball games are? Do people actually attend or is it pretty sparse in terms of attendance?
Is there any reason to forgo watching the games on TV vs attending?
Hey, I'm 18M, I'm here looking for people to do stuff with on the weekends, It could be anything from grabbing lunch to working out at Burdick hall I'm just looking to expand my circle if anybody is interested reply below!
Hi, I work on campus and have noticed lots of posts re looking for friends. If there were events on campus specifically to make friends would that be nice or too awkward? What would make you attend or not attend something like that? Like if there were snacks and a way to indicate your interests, would you come to something where you could exchange info w people who are into similar things? Friend speed dating? A Bumble for friends thing? Some kind of game night in the union or library? I am middle aged and don’t know what’s appealing but I can see how it can be hard to connect. I feel like making friends in college was way easier when I went to school, pre-cell phone, and other than reading there was literally nothing else to do at meals or before class besides talk to people. These posts are so sweet to me and I want to help. I meet tons of really nice students who tell me in person that the start of the school year is kinda overwhelming and lonely. You deserve for it to be easier!
