Season 3 top clowns

Lyborick - was hyped up in the first part of nest talking mad shit and playing the mastermind, but eventually ended up as kallavan powerup and barely survived because of traumarei interference

Robadon - Thought he could stop this war with a book and that info he also got from an unknown source which he religiously believed like lol. Not to mention everything was so ridiculously stupid with his plan and then he also gets Manipulated by other people easily, Kirin think of him as a fool even if he's strong. Also Has a coping mechanism that his grandson father will one-day become the lovey dovey caring individual.

White - Pretty much self explanatory? Slayers are so far portrayed as clowns. Though he still the one who lived up to his hype for the most part. His decisions, inferiority complex and his final fight baam is enough evidence.

Pudidy - Top 3 branch heads!!! Evankhell level powerful!! Top 10 fighter of Lo Po Bia !! All are laughable statements, when In the end you forgot to bring your main fighting weapon to a war area. Plot convenience or what doesn't matter. Ended up achieving absolutely nothing and was reading Fantasy stories to Po Bidao nerds.

Kallavan - He couldn't do one task that was assigned to him, and he even got multiple chances to do so. "Umm he was going against the MC" sure but he still failed killing the guy he could've one shot thrice

Träumarei - Self explanatory right? You read the lastest chapters which solidified him as a loser pathetic manchild who just got lucky and become one of the most powerful being in the tower,, even before that we have seen plenty of him doing absolutely nothing and in end he tries to act cool or start boasting about his irregular power like that's the only thing he has advantage of. His family is betraying him left and right and he's oblivious to all of that. Thinking all is under control and trying to play some chess game. What has he done in last 2 years? Nothing. He was given plenty of chances and he hasn't achieved shit. He's literal embodiment of a man child and the biggest one in tower. When we learn more about him, it's him being a slaver degenerate weirdo and being a lapdog of zahard. Tbh it makes sense he's similar to his owner.

Haland- Evankhell level strong character who couldn't even beat Yuri and tiara and his biggest feat is him beating a regular princess by trying as hard as possible. Looks like he's that character of tog who often gets beaten up or made fun of in general. The one author hates and likes to toys with. Every story has one, haland- is that character of tog.

Yama - because he is yama

There could be more I think. Khel Hellam, Perseus and almost all branch heads of Lpb. Mention in comments.

Baam changing history

When the time comes for Baam to replace all false history with the real history it’s gonna be such a crazy moment, I’m so curious as to how he’ll do it

Is it not common knowledge in the Tower that Bam is an Irregular?

S3 ep 48

Yool looks really surprised despite being a C-Rank regular himself. Is it not common knowledge? Does a majority of FUG or even Jahad's Army even know, or is it just higher ups like elders, slayers, squadron commanders, etc.?

Like, you'd think with Bam's notorious reputation of defeating rankers despite being a regular would raise a few eyebrows.

Will Baam at the end surpass enryu or he will be relative to zahard and FHs?

Basically what will be ceiling of baam's strength at the end?

I think it should be higher than enryu given baam is the MC.

Tying it back to Zahard's orders

So just to tie it back to the three orders issued at the hell train arc
Destroy or kill the following forces or people:

1.) FUG

2.) Everyone currently riding the Hell Train

3.) Po Bidau Family

to me the entire sequence of events from Gustang retrieving his memories and declaring to kill traum is playing out a little too nicely; ie theres someone definitely pulling the strings somewhere in accordance with the orders. someone high up in zahard's army, another family, etc who knows the entire background and is manipulating the two familly heads into direct conflict

I dont think itll be as simple as family vs family but theres still a huge plot twist waiting to be dropped, similar to how we found out enkidu killed amuez.

also option one is still there for the taking given their almost likely full involvement in the upcoming war.

Leaving the tower!

As we saw Bam and Rachel are from outside, and Bam was born inside tower as Gahad said that he killed him already (correct me if I was wrong) so Bam managed to leave the tower with his mom (I forget her name) and possibly V left also.

Isn’t that Mazino’s dream? To leave the tower and it’s actually possible to leave?

There is something suspicious, how did Rachel know Bam’s mom? As I recall she mentioned her once but I forgot in which chapter she did

Thoughts?

Who will be the final boss in your opinion?

We know that TOG won't end with Zahard defeat and they will keep climbing the tower, so I feel that Headon will be the final boss.

He is stronger than Zahard, seems like an evil character and want Baam to achieve something for him.

[SPOILER] Question about latest chapter

How can Gustang be so sure Traumerei killed Ameuz? It seems like he never got the definitive proof.

Unless he saw Traumerei's own memories through Leviathan (which is inside of Baam), but I don't think this was implied.

Did I miss something?

What happened to Beta?

I think the last time he appeared he was in Khun's Lighthouse. Is there a reason why he didn't appear for such a long time? If he's still in the lighthouse, why didn't he participate in some of the recent fights?

Where the arc goes from here, prediction [mega-effort post]

Gustang vs. Traumerie

Gustang confronts Traumerie intending to kill him. Gustang tells Traumerie why he's going to kill him, first. Being arrogant, Gustang likes to explain himself. He also will like to trash-talk Traumerie. He might reveal that he's always thought Traumerie was a pathetic loser. He's said these sorts of things many times, and we just sweep it under the rug as "unserious" chiding between friends. But Gustang is going to reveal that, deep down inside, he never respected Traumerie. And, that the other FH feel the same way. Traumerie will reveal that he's always known this, and he "doesn't care" anymore (half-truth).

Little skirmish, then Urek appears out of nowhere to break up the fight. Gustang arrogantly tells him something like "get lost boy, I'm busy killing this loser." Urek infers that Gustang instigated the fight, so he starts fighting Gustang. Traumerie is happy to just leave while they stymie each other.

Yama and Enkidu find Traumerie

Not sure which of them finds Traumerie first. Neither of them can harm Traumerie. Traumerie can block Yama indefinitely with Divine animals and he can use mind control to stop Enkidu. Yama will be strong enough to kill the Divine Animals, but he will not be able to handle the sheer quantity of them. Traumerie stops him with low-effort.

Enkidu offers to enter Yama's body to help boost his power. Yama hates the idea of being controlled, so he'll decline. Not sure how they get around it, but perhaps Enkidu will just prove to Yama that he can let Yama maintain his consciousness even while he is inside Yama's body. We already can see that Bellriere's consciousness is still around. So Enkidu will maybe let Yama pilot the body, while he uses special abilities from within at the same time. He might be able to help unlock more of Yama's powers (ancient, Hybrider-transform, etc.)

They start defeating the Divine Animals and maybe score a hit on Traumerie. But Traumerie can still kick up his power a few levels

Baam (and Kirin?!?!?) appear

Baam has to appear since he is MC. Kirin does not have to appear. Possible though, since he wants to. Either Kirin or Traumerie might try to control Leviathan. Traumerie might try to control Leviathan to nix the power boost that Leviathan gives to Baam. Kirin or Traumerie also might simply want to steal Leviathan. Even though they know they can't control Leviathan, they might think it's worth a try, or else, they might think that the mind control would have a muffled effect which might lower Leviathan's power.

Unexpectedly, this has a crazy effect - since Leviathan is inside Baam, it means that the mind control technique HITS BAAM. This means that Baam will instantly learn it. After all, Baam learns techniques from almost every enemy in almost every arc, so he probably needs to learn animal mind control. Actiually, Baam might ask Kirin to mind-control Leviathan in order to learn mind-control.

Then, Baam will be able to use mind-control on Leviathan, which will allow him to use Leviathan like Traumerie uses Divine Animals.....or else, just to draw more raw power out of Leviathan.

Baam's Leviathan will be able to handle most of Traumerie's Divine Animals, freeing Yama-Enkidu to attack Traumerie more effectively. Kirin might also try to mind-control Traumerie's animals to help out. Obv. Traumerie is going to be better at mind-control, but maybe not while he's distracted fighting two high-high ranker-level fighters.

The Revolution and FUG

No idea what they are doing here. They and the family peons might just fight each other to a standstill.

The Good guys win

The team will overwhelm Traumerie.

Right as Traumerie is about to die, he'll probably cry out to Jahad to help/save him.

There's a good chance that Jahad will not even respond (sort of like how Jahad did not come to his party in the flashback).

But Jahad might respond. He would say something to the effect of, "Too bad Traumerie, this is your Fate. And, Fate tells me that things will be better if you die. So you're gonna hafta die."

Traumerie might break character and plea to Jahad for help. That would be dramatic. I'd say there's a low chance SIU writes this, but it would offer more exposition. So, let's go with it. Traumerie says to Jahad, "How can you turn your back on me? I am your most loyal follower. I understand, like you, that humanity is rotten. Humans constantly hate, judge, grudge, and betray, and they rarely love, help, and forgive, and I know that they are better off being ruled absolutely with an Iron Fist, rather than being allowed to choose their own future. That's why I like animals and hate humans, and why I follow you!!!! You could never have a better follower! I'm sorry, but this makes no sense! Help me!"

Jahad responds, "Your motivations do not interest me. In the end, you are a weak and evil despot. Your existence spreads misery. My empire intends to be optimal, and you are not optimal. You are dying now because you are reaping what you sewed. You might think that you have been doing this to follow me, but in reality, you are a twisted maniac. As I said before, I am better off without you polluting my Empire. This is Fate."

Then, Traumerie is murdered by the heroes.

In his final moments....
betrayed one final time...
by the man to whom he was most loyal.

The Aftermath - Baam's emotional response

This will be interesting. After the fight is over, and the violence winds down, and the anger subsides, Baam will be shook.

For one thing, Baam might know enough about Traumerie's past by now to loosely understand that Traumerie might have experienced countless horrible things as he climbed the tower - things that revealed the worst sides of humanity. Traumerie might have been bullied in the process, or traumatized in other ways (Traumerie ~~ traumatized). Baam will also realize that some of Traumerie's evils were done in service to the Jahad empire. So Baam will have a little bit of sympathy for Traumerie. Not a LOT of sympathy, mind you.

Baam will also be shook by Jahad's betrayal. We've seen three separate things in this arc that indicate that SIU seems to hold loyalty in high regard.

  • Khun's statement of unease about people betraying their family ("As a member of a great family myself, I can't help but feel...")
  • Dumas calling the Lo Po Bia rebels rootless scum for betraying their family
  • Lobadon - the loyal warrior of Lo Po Bia - is portrayed pretty well. He's made to look cool, and he is shown as a man who absolutely loves his children and grandchildren. After all, a loyal man is likely to be loyal to his family.

The idea of loyalty being a kind of absolute value is foreign to a Western audience. IMO, If a Westerner was writing ToG, Lobadon would probably be portrayed as an absolute retard.

And, MC Baam will probably agree with the pro-loyalty value since he is a good guy who will represent the morals in this story.

So, for those two reasons (sympathy for Traumerie and belief in loyalty), he will be ABSOLUTELY PISSED at Jahad for betraying Traumerie.

Baam will be more motivated than ever to destroy Jahad after this arc. He will probably make it his #1 priority.
