everyone tried to signal her but she didn’t even turn her head.
Driving downtown (near baldwin and mccaul) and this woman starts honking and freaking out at me as i turn out of the parking lot — because she was speeding in a 30 zone i guess my fault she almost hit me(?) … She then followed me for ten minutes till i actually find parking, then she gets out of her car to scream at me saying if she hit me i’d be liable, cursing at me, threatening me, etc etc. then starts looking at the front of her car as if there’s damage (though she was no where near close enough to hit me nor did she claim there was any damage when she went on her little tirade)… And took pictures of my license plates so i took this picture of her.
Now i can tell what kind of person she is because she has a disability placard in her car — when she is obviously able bodied, and you’re supposed to remove that when you’re driving alone, even if there is a legitimate reason to have it. I’m scared she’s going to attempt some kind of insurance fraud type situation or something is there anything I can do?
Why did she take pictures of my plates if I didn’t do anything — even if I was in the wrong (which would be the case bc usually the person turning left is held responsible), and since i think there’s probably cctv because it’s a car park, there’s proof she was the negligent one for speeding ? But there’s no damage to either vehicles so i don’t understand.
Earlier today, I experienced a minor road rage incident. I was driving on Highway 7 in the left lane, and there was a line of cars ahead of me. Instead of speeding up and braking hard, I decided to coast—I was slowing down to 50 in a 60 zone—because I wanted to save my brakes. The traffic light ahead was about to turn red, and the cars were already piling up. A pickup truck that had been tailgating me suddenly went around and cut in front of me, only to switch back to the middle lane and speed off, likely doing 80 in a 60 zone. Shortly after, the driver slammed on the brakes at the red light. Even though I could have changed lanes, I chose not to since I was turning left at the next light and preferred to stay behind the traffic. I try to be gentle with my car and avoid unnecessary hard braking. While I wasn’t bothered by the truck driver’s hand gesture, I was deeply annoyed by the dangerous act of cutting me off. No one is a perfect driver, and not every situation can be ideal, but deliberately creating a situation that could lead to a collision is just plain reckless. Who is in the wrong?
I don’t understand why these idiots do this. How many seconds did he save by doing this?
Hey all, love the sub and being part of the community.
Just looking for some recommendations for a good dash cam. Been driving without one forever, and been getting lucky, but some of these videos scare me, hah. And what better day to get a dash cam than Cyber Monday?
Any recommendations are greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Saw the driver going to his car afterwards, they were in their mid 30's. Didn't look to see if they have a handicap permit but still...
Just happened in front of me

I have a RAV4 XLE premium hybrid and this is my first winter and this car is my first car. And I have no clue about winter tires.
Spoke to Toyota dealership and they said I can go with 17” even though my car tires are 18”, which made no sense to me. Moreover people say that it’s better to go to Costco to get tires instead of dealership, but as mentioned earlier I have no clue what to get and what to expect as well.
Can someone be kind enough to explain the winter tires situation to me please.
P.S. I live in Canada, Ontario.
I see it all the time on this subreddit. I guess I jinxed myself because it finally happened to me. You can't really see in the video but I had a protected turn as well to make matters worse.
But fr though, wtf do we have police for if they just stand in the intersection and don't prosecute red light runners (as you can see near the end of the video, cop was standing on the island of the intersection completely unphased). I understand he couldn't really do much in that situation but d*mn, TPS can at least have a trap for these fools somewhere. Not worth my time to report it, moving on.
Rant over. Enjoy!
There were so many spots available, one you can easily spot ahead. And no they did not stop just to grab something? It was parked there for over an hour.
I was already in traffic. So I took the video.
I hope everyone is safe and OK.
Was making a left turn on an advance green, I was first in line. As soon as the light turned green I took my foot off the brake and hit the gas, well I guess in that millisecond the guy behind me got impatient and honked his horn. Sorry I don’t move at the speed of light hunny. Well, jokes on him cause I hit my brakes and slammed on my horn before proceeding
Why are ppl like this? Chill the fuck out cause if you fuck with me I’m not one to keep quiet. I’m not gonna do anything crazy of course but you bet I’m gonna move 10x slower now.
Had I been distracted or delayed then yes absolutely warranted, but I wasn’t, I was on the ball and this dickfuk still had his panties in a bunch. Do better ppl! K, thanks!
It's Friday night 8 pm,and I'm cruising down Derry Road doing 75 in the left lane. The road is clear, no cars around me and I'm approaching a green light at an intersection. Out of nowhere this Tesla driver, who was in the right lane, swerves all the way across to the left lane. i swear the fucker was perpendicular to the road. If I hadn’t slammed on the brakes, something really bad could’ve happened.
I went out and bought a dashcam the next day. stay safe ya'll.
On paper: 138 on a 100 zone. Location 404/16 on the highway.
My POV :
Unsure what #3 entails or if it’s the right option. I reached out to a traffic paralegal fighting team, and will also wait to see what they have to say.
Hi everyone I have a new Toyota RAV4 le with all season tires. I only did 4k kilometers so far I am not planning to drive when it is snowing. Given that Ontario temperature is mild in the winter, do I need winter tires? Thanks
Final decision: I will not be getting winter tires, given that I can skip driving in days with snow.
this city never surprises me..
I just set up my dash cam, and this is the first thing I record 🤷♀️💨 featuring Fleetwood Mac😂🫶🏻
Distillery Christmas Market has attracted all of the entitled bad drivers
Hi guys!
I drive a KIA Forte 2018, and recently someone with a U-Haul truck hit me at least 10 times from the back.
I was stopped in a red traffic light, the U-Haul truck hit me once, and the driver kept backing up and running into me until one of the family members drove next to the truck and yelled. You're HITTING A CAR to which as silly and naive as it may sound when I confronted the individual I was told they taught it was speed bump.
I reported the incident, the insurance sent me to a mechanic and I was told by the mechanic that there's potentially more damages that are not on the surface yet until they start the work.
However, as I am driving the car. I am experiencing more issues such as some parts are coming loose, the sensors are going off randomly.
The insurance company is offering me about 2,500$ for repairs and I am being told, I can't bring it to another mechanic for a check, it's a take it or leave it kinda situation.
