Anyone have the link to apply for a refund on your wristband from Tomorrowland Core Medellín?

Unfortunately, I have some scheduling conflicts with work, and I have to miss The Gathering and part of Friday 🥲

With that being said, I will have to coordinate my own transportation to the festival grounds. For those that have done this in the past or for those familiar with the area, what is a good address that will make it an easy walk to the Montagoe entrance for Dreamville?

Will my treasure case still be shipped out to my confirmed address or do I pick that up at Tomorrowland together with my bracelet?

I’m no longer free to go to Tomorrowland but my friend is interested in my package. The name change deadline has passed so I emailed Tomorrowland. They wrote back “The deadline for paid name changes before April 30th has passed. Unfortunately, no name change requests after this date are accepted.”

Once I receive my bracelet, can he activate and use it on his Tomorrowland account? Or does he need to activate it on my account?

I have a global journey package so I’m assuming he has to miss the bus portion and can’t camp due to ID checks? Will he still have access to walk around Dreamville? Is there an additional, different bracelet for Dreamville access?

Im assuming staying at an airbnb will be more comfortable, but its also my first tml and i lowkey want to get the full experience by just camping at dreamville.

However i am worried, cause im not rlly much of a camper; never pitched a tent in my life as well.. so im rlly anxious about that too 😂

Has anyone ever experienced having their airport changed on their GJ package? Brussels airlines have now stopped flying from Birmingham for the summer. Tomorrowland are aware of this and say they are working with the airline to make alternative arrangements for everyone and will let everyone know once they have the details, but I just wondered if anyone had experienced this in the past?

I'll be happy to get there no matter where we have to fly from but I think the waiting game makes me feel anxious but I also understand what a logistical nightmare this will be for them

Hey, second time going to Tomorrowland. I'll be taking the camping gear with me this year, specially the tent. I'll be flying with Ryanair. The tent inside the case is 57x20x20cm which is bigger then the allowed 40x20x25cm by Ryanair.

My question is, has anyone taken a fibepole tent has "hand luggage" on a Ryanair flight?

I hope they somehow fix their toilets. I mean add more. Tomorrowland is very well organised and there are indeed a lot of toilets, but i hate waking up in the morning having to pee so badly only to wait in a line for 10 min😬

Hi! So I’ve noticed over the years with the unboxing vid that they include a novel book with each year, and I’ve been really interested in reading them So like how does it work? Does with each year when they choose a theme they will make a novel out of it? How is it related to the concert? Do I have to read the first book so I can understand the storyline of the latest book that they have published?

In am leading a pack of people for this years TML and I want to make it the greatest experience for them (at campsite) so the question follows.

Hey folks! My wife, her friend and I are flying in from Texas to Amsterdam a couple of days before W2 begins, and it's our first time not staying at the Easy Tents area of DreamVille. We want to hit the grounds and set up our own spot as fast as possible.

Got any good spots for renting tents and camping gear in the Netherlands before we get to the festival? We're aiming to have everything sorted so we can avoid the rental line mess and snag a prime spot once we arrive.

We also considered renting an RV camper, but finding a spot to park and set up might be a stretch. Anyone dealt with this before?

Plus, any pro tips on MagGreens setup or just general vibes advice would be mega appreciated. Thanks a bunch!
