Hello, my now ex girlfriend broke up with me and i have 5 days left to do a name exchange (global journey - düsseldorf with bus). I read that the support wants to see a legitime proof, but i guess a break up is not enough for them :( do you know a way what i could do?

I've purchased a Global Journey package for this year's event and came across some chatter that it might include a guarantee for the opportunity to buy tickets for next year as well. Can anyone confirm if this is true?

I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience with this. How does the process work? Are there any conditions or specific details I should be aware of? If there's an official statement from the organizers regarding this, that would be really helpful too.

I bought 4 tickets in the 20 year pre sale, however now one of my friends cannot attend.

I’ve heard that they don’t really check names for full madness. However as we are coming from overseas a full month before we most likely won’t have the bracelets and will need to pick them up when we are there.

If another one of my friends were to come would they need ID to pick up their bracelet or is it just the main buyer that picks up all 4?

I would also be happy to pay a name change fee, but it seems like that it’s only for GJ.

Couldn’t seem to find the answer to this in the threads so am hoping for most up to date insight ☺️ After the festival weekend ends, on Monday morning I plan to take an early train from Boom station to Brussels airport. Is the train station walkable from Dreamville? Google Maps says 1 hour walk which sounds rough… curious to hear what everyone’s experiences have been for someone like me who has to leave straight away that following Monday morning? thank you 🙏🏼

I bought day tickets for the first weekend and my wife bought them for the second weekend using her account. We would only be going on the second weekend. Will it be a problem if I personalize 4 tickets on my account for friends only and then enter my Tomorrowland email address when personalizing my girlfriend's tickets?

So for some reason I didnt get an e-mail notification about the waiting list sale.

I just saw in my three accounts that I was chosen for the waiting list sale but it is already sold out.

Check on your Global Journey. A friend noticed that a payment wasn't taken out from March.

Logged into the email account for thier TML stuff and noticed a few important mails. The first 3 payments were taken out automatically with no issue and without any input from the buyer. All of a sudden the 4th one never got taken out and luckily he checked the email, and they were able to bring it back current. The credit card has not changed, the limit is higher than necessary, and no information has changed.

Good to double check.

When do tickets go on sale? Should I sign up to some presale?

So my friend and I were planning on going to Weekend 2 Friday for the Tomorrowland in Belgium. I got the tickets off the waitlist a few days ago, but it turns out we can only go to Weekend 2 on Saturday after planning the trip a bit. Does anyone have advice on how we can exchange the 2 Friday tickets for 2 Saturday ones? Or is all hope lost :(

Is there anyone going to Tomorrowland this year from Canada? I am an Indian so I need a visa (obviously😅) but I am having a hard time finding appointments dates for Belgium. Is there anyone who is facing the same problem or is in a similar situation like me? Can you help me with how to navigate through this? I am looking forward for this trip as it’s my sister’s birthday celebration there and our first time at Tomorrowland!!!!

When I suddenly read that 'my tickets might no be sold' I tried to undo it but the order was already processed. I contacted Support one minute later but they say they cannot do anything although I believe there must be a solution. Can please someone help me here, I am desperate

I was thinking to go to TML Brasil, but i am reading now stories on reddit that a lot of people were not happy with the previous TMLs in Brasil, as in Line up, the stages, bars, etc etc
I get it's not the same as in Belgium, but is Brasil worth it to go ( I would come from The Netherlands) ?

I got a global Journey package (I was not the main buyer but my name is on the package and it shows up in my Tomorrowland account). I wanted to get the comfort pass but it sold out so I signed up for the waitlist and was offered the chance to buy today. I bought a comfort pass for Friday. It’s now asking me to personalize my bracelet or risk it getting refunded. If I personalize it to my name, i think they will cancel the ticket since I already have a global journey package with my name on it, and I don’t want them cancelling the global journey one too out of spite.

For those who have done comfort before: If I put my friends name as the personalization in order to keep the ticket, will I have to scan the comfort one at the festival entrance in order for it to work in the comfort areas? Or can I just scan my global journey wristband that matches my ID at the main entrance and then swap bracelets once I’m inside and walk into comfort with the comfort wristband without needing to scan it again? Thanks in advance for advice!
