In this plot, the female adeptus mechanicus is an expert in the art of repairing and modifying machines. Hey guys, recently my fiance's 92 y/o grandmother broke her Sunbeam T20 Radiant control toaster (tried to stick an enormous piece of bread in it). I found the problem right away, the elements on the outside ends of the toaster (one on each side) actually snapped off. I have no way to weld this and obviously I can't find the parts online. This toaster means the world to her, her husband passed 10 years ago and believe it or not it was the very first thing they bought as a couple to establish credit lol. We have dubbed it the love toaster. Does anyone know if it's possible to gut a newer toaster and retrofit the elements inside? Or know where I could get the parts without ruining another toaster of the same model? Thanks for any feedback!
