I’m finally done collecting. I got my white whale. 

I got this mug in the mail last week from Mondo. I love the mug, but we noticed this cracking in the glazing. Is this something that I should point out to the folks over at Mondo or is this normal?

Working on the 2nd edition of the adventureland bridge mask 10/10

I rescued these two guys today.  

The small one came from a Goodwill in Woodstock, GA.  

The tall one came from an estate sale.  He was broken and fixed, at least once before.  But for $1.50 I couldn't leave him.

Drink Bot Lives!

ARRRRRGH !!  
My wife's favorite Disney character is Timon.  
For a gift eventually, I have looked for years for something OTHER than a) Timon, "dressed in drag & doing the hula" or b) the Geeki Tiki mug with Timon, Pumba, & Simba (shown below).

My wife has done hula for much of her youth and has been into the tiki culture for, at least, 30 years..  
But, there just isn't any artwork, totems, or mugs of JUST Timon.

So, please, I reach out to this knowledgeable community for anything they've seen over the years that might fit any of these bills.  
Or even if someone wants to create a totem style Timon... let me know, PLEASE.

First Tiki mug, found at good will in Ohio

I expected Trader Vic’s to offer a Black Friday discount like last year, so I noted a couple of mugs I would probably buy. Their Suffering Bastard mug was $29. On Black Friday, when a 30% discount was offered, the price of the mug jumped. AND it differed where I looked. On my phone it was $35, and on a desktop web browser, it was $43.50. Every other mug also went up. Maybe it’s how they raise prices?

Tiki stuff spotted at Northern Thrift in Rhode Island

The angle makes them look big but they’re actually little guys, shot glass size. The middle one I can’t find any info on. A mini version of the Barney West Mai Kai mug by Tiki Diablo? So stoked on him. Found in a box of random/forgettable shot glasses, got the whole box for $10.

My very first tiki mugs - a set of 4 glorious Coconut Snowmen from Tiki Farm.. 

I found these at a local op shop (Aussie goodwill) and dropped a very obvious hint to my hubby about wanting them for Christmas. It was less of a hint, and more of an outright statement. We'd just just left the store and that good man marched right back in and bought them for me. I do have to wait until Christmas Day for them, but that's ok.

We started a Christmas cocktail competition last year, and it may well become an annual event, featuring these - maybe only the first round though haha.

I think we did well with the purchase, being $60 AUD for the set. I've told him that it's unlocked an obsession and now also need a tiki bar to put them in. I'm excited to add to the collection, but we live in a small, tourist town in Tropical North Queensland so it might take a while to find more in person.
