The way the show works for a coach to give an artist their Playoff Pass they have to choose the other artist as the winner but the Playoff Pass is the artist that gets to skip the Knockouts and head straight to the Playoffs. In essence is the Playoff Pass artist the real winner of the Battle then?
So tired of hearing groups sing on the voice. Please give them their own show called The Voices. How can they be fairly compared?!?
Sorry if this has been asked before, but do the coaches know what the pairings/song choices are going to be before they see the performances or are they surprised?
I am asking because I am watching the Battles right now (late, I know) and John keeps saying he is waiting, and it seems like he knows already which artist he is holding out for.

Wondering if anyone called back for season 26 that was told theyâd hear back by the end of March has received a phone call or email?
I think itâs unfair to have trios competing against single singers. Itâs like comparing apples to oranges.
I know its early but based on the blinds and battles so far which 4 singers do you think are among the most likely to win or at least make the finals.
i get that shes the âqueen of countryâ and all but so far in her 2 seasons shes been making some meh decisions. dan + shay needa teach her that just cuz theyre country artists doesnt mean u need to have a bias towards them. i mean howd she let ms monet go?? and then elyscia this season too?? shes probably gonna have a full country team going into lives again this season.
how did ashley win?? elyscia was so much better and is the whole package - stage presence, voice, look. i knew reba would not choose her because she favors the country artists but itâs still crazy!!
I was really looking forward to her battle and she was one of my favorites and they just skip her battle? Why??

How would you guys feel if the voice let David Draiman the lead vocalist of disturbed or CG5 on to the voice as judges but most of all would you still watch? This has been a question that has been in my head for a few days.
Get these dudes some name tags.
Sometimes they'll just have a little 30 second spot where the coaches are talking and they put 10 seconds of the actual performance in the background behind the coaches talking.
First... WHY?
Second... Are all the performances archived somewhere or something? Or are those people just screwed by the producers as far as exposure goes??
Every season there are a few unlucky people who get the montage treatment. They put in all this time and effort to have their moment cut down to thirty seconds, with little to no back story.
Usually the people who end up getting put into the montage don't go far. Eric Who did, but he may be an outlier.
With Anya and Dani (two people on my team) getting put into a montage, do you think they're destined to lose shortly thereafter, or was it an editing choice due to time constraints?*
*I'm leery of the time constraints, as I thought Mara Justines battle was poor, but she did really well on every other performance. Therefore I'm thinking maybe the producers know they're not going far?
I think part of the reason the show has gone downhill recently is cause of NBC. They give us 2 seasons a year but one is always super short and makes for a bad season cuz they rush it to make space for AGT (which I personally think is falling off too). The year when we only got season 22 was so much better because the format gave the artists more opportunities to perform and there werent a ton of people going home each round.
also they put wayy too much of an emphasis on the sob stories and we really dont need that.
also as much as i love country, having two country coaches on the panel is too much.
To me it just means they get one less week of coaching.
Chance pulled a Ray uriel v noivas 2.0. Where he let's a potential finalist and winner go (val) to someone who isn't going to be in the finale. I love chance but he does not want to win
Hi! My momâs sick and itâs always been her dream to see the voice live. Iâm hoping to get her tickets in the near future. I saw iota doesnât have any available right now but does anyone know when the next time theyâll release tickets will be?

Context: Iâm biased to R&B.
R&B artists should stop picking country coaches.
I'm so obsessed with this version of the song. I need to know - was this an original version? Or a copy of someone else? If so, who? I love the choices in this performance. It feels really powerful to me.
Remember when this show was for weirdos? For people who didnt fit the mould, had been rejected, were surprising...
Now it's full of semi-professionals who have record deals and tours but want to be on tv.
Its disappointing.
