Hi!
So, about a year ago, I premiered Far From Here, a concerto for ocarina and wind ensemble. Now, I feel it is time for it to have a proper recording of its own, one comprised of recordings from my fellow musicians from here and, well, far from here!

That’s where you come in.
Linked below is the announcement video I put together for this project, as well as the Google Drive where you will find the necessary materials for this project. The instrumentation is as follows:

• Saxophones (Alto, Tenor, and Bari)

• Horn in F
• Baritone/Euphonium
• Trombone
• Tuba
• Glockenspiel

• Suspended Cymbal
• Mark Tree
• Crash Cymbal
• Timpani (mvt. 3 only)

Now, as a college student I know it is incredibly difficult to find time to record music, so the deadline for submissions is June 30th, 2025, so that we can have as much time as we need to edit and mix the submissions.
