Spider-Man #129 question
I have the chance to buy this book CBSC graded (4.5) for $750 today (1-May-2024). It seems like a good deal (not a great one), and thinking about pulling the trigger (pun fully intended) to round out my collection. Thoughts???

Hey Reddit. I'm building out my collection of solo Punisher books from the 1980s (not incl. appearances in other books- DD, Spidey, etc.). I count 50 total comics/GNs. Am I missing any?

That's 50 books total from 1985-1989.
Note: I'm not including the Punisher Magazine as I believe those are all reprints.

Punisher : No Escape what was your thoughts on it ?
It’s the story where Punisher is teaming up with US AGENT and taking down the mob boss while also defeating their hired help Paladin.
I liked it but I was a little confused with the US AGENT part where Frank was talking about his family being killed too ( at the time I did not read Cap.) I kinda liked the idea of Frank having a partner with some type of powers cause it allowed Frank to take on Paladin who prior to that was giving him a run for his money.

80-90s Punisher or 2000s-Beyond Punisher?
This is generally just a question for discussion. Do you prefer the 80-90s depiction of the Punisher where he's more just a viglante who kills criminals or the 2000s and beyond Punisher who's more a grimdark ultra violent viglante? I like both, but I kind of like 80-90s Punisher a little more because he's a little bit more mellow. A criminal and killer? Sure. But he's not really as fucked up as MAX Punisher or current 616 Punisher who occasionally emulates MAX Punisher anyway due to its popularity. For that reason, it's probably why I really like Greg Rucka's run. Frank is still a murderer and a little messed up, but he's a bit more on the calmer side of gritty in that run than in others.

What other properties would fit better/work within the Earth-200111 continuity (Punisher Max/ Phantom Eagle/ Wolverine Max/Foolkiller universe)?
I was reading about "the nam" and learned it was intended to be a story that a story that exists in a grounded continuity outside of the Marvel Universe. And then I thought about great it would fit on the realistic/grounded earth not connected to any superheroes which tends to be Earth-200111 continuity. So I got to thinking what other stories would fit there?
