Can't make it to Manchester tomorrow so I have a free ticket to whoever wants it. I should be able to transfer to a different ticketmaster ac. (Looks like resale is not available and I'd rather it doesn't go to waste)

heard Ben UFO play this at Sneaky Pete’s in Edinburgh last night - that man can do no wrong!
This has always been on my mind. Electronic genres that are heavily influenced by dub include: Jungle, Drum n Bass, Dubstep, UK Garage, Street Soul, and Dub Techno. Dub influenced a lot of stuff, but these are the main ones im thinking of.
In all but Dub Techno, you'll hear those bleeping dub sirens in tracks.
I think it might have something to do with Dub Techno coming (mostly) from Germany in the early days. The other genres mentioned are from the UK which has had a large Jamaican presence for a while.
I will say though, Basic Channel did a project as Rhythm & Sound that had direct vocalists from Jamaica that is one of my fav dub albums, but i don't think it has sirens either...
Something to think about...WE NEED DUB SIRENS IN DUB TECHNO.
I cannot go anymore, send me a message if interested in these tickets!
Albums / Mixes - What's your fav Overload Darker Ambient vibes?
On rotation lately... So good.
