As it stands, how do you see the 2024-25 EPL Season ending? I would love to hear an “other 14 perspective” instead of just talking about title contenders and Europe…
Do y’all have a “safe” prediction and a “spicy” prediction? Would love to hear some!
I ask because i'm a Portsmouth fan and was so happy when O'Neil had such a good start to his managerial career. Is your current position down to him? Or is there something more to this?
Made some incredible saves, most in a game since De Gea vs Arsenal years ago. Single-handedly kept us in the game today. Won’t hear about that though because he plays for a relegation bound team.
Obviously early season, but Fulham look very solid. What do people think the full potential is for this squad? Top 10 is obviously very much in play, but anyone thinking Europe? I wouldn’t be surprised.
Can anyone reccomend a good pod that discusses the other 14 with the same level of detail as the big clubs? Talksport is so skewed towards the top 6 and I'm bored of it
Just watched MOTD highlights of Spurs v Brentford. In the analysis, not a single mention of Brentford or Mbeumo's great finish in the 1st minute. The major flashpoint of Vicraio handling the ball outside the area just swept under the rug. Actually made me fume
Slot: beats Bournemouth
Also Slot:
It's both ways around because I think against Nottingham Forest they were only in front of our goal two times - and the goal they scored, was that a chance? A shot from 20 yards? This team today, Bournemouth, created much more chances against us than Nottingham Forest did. On the other hand, we created much more than we did against Nottingham Forest, so if you face a low block normally you don't concede a lot of chances. I expect the longer we work together if we play against a low block that we can create much more. It's a bit weird that we didn't concede today and we did concede against Nottingham Forest because looking at the chance creation, today the other team created much more than Nottingham Forest did.
Sir Ryan Yates is the man at Forest they all seem to hate. He was like a prime Kante on Saturday.
Also Callum Cutsin Odoi seems to get labelled a one trick pony all the time but that one trick is pretty effective.
I'll start with Michael Keane from Everton
