First of all the band absolutely killed it tonight, the vip pics were hilarious and great. But more than anything this was one of if not the best crowd I have ever been apart of and you could tell they were really feeding off the energy of the room. Was our first time getting a chance to see them and hopefully this crowd reaction encourages them to find ways to be back here a lot sooner! Cheers peeps.

I've been trying to order from the cave and canary goods website for about an year now, but I'm still getting an error that it can't ship to my address, though I've tried different addresses, including different cities. I think it's country-restricted, though I have no idea why. It's the only online shop with ShopPay embedded that won't allow delivery to Romania, for no reason. Were you successful in your orders?

P.S. I've contacted both cave and canary, and ShopPay, and both point to each other for being at fault, but it still doesn't get fixed

I found TDH pretty late in their/my life, about 4 years ago. Tonight I drove up from Pittsburgh to see them play live for the first time… It was a true bucket list show for me. The whole band put on such a great performance and it was such a blast to be in a room full of other TDH fans singing along!

Hello! I was hoping I wouldn't have to make this post, but I can't afford to go to the 11/5 show in Atlanta. I'd gotten the tickets earlier in the year before I moved, and now I can't even really spend the gas to get to the show. TDH is my favorite band and I was super excited for this 20th anniversary show and all the cool VIP stuff, but alas!

I have 2 VIP packages as well as 2 tickets. I'm not sure if I'm able to transfer the actual tickets yet but if there's anyone looking for VIP for the Atlanta show, PLEASE comment or DM!

I know they have their 3 openers, doors are at 6. What time have they been actually beginning their set?

I am torn between thrifting a Hunter costume in outfit reference to the Gloria video and making an arm band myself or putting together a PATP costume + having my girl give me lipstick cheek prints to put the concept more forward as I wouldn't have the mask down during the concert.

First off, on a positive note, All 3 bands knocked it out of the park last night, incredible show! Also I know this isn't the band's fault, this was a security mishap, but it bummed me out so I just want to vent a bit:

Last night was my first ever VIP for a concert so I didn't know what to expect, the ticket said we get a photo, VIP poster and shirt, and a meet and greet. So we go downstairs to do the photoshoot, that was great by the way, then we're told we can go back upstairs to get our poster/shirt and buy any other merch we want. We do that, and then at this point security is adamant that we have to leave the venue after that. This being my first time I was unsure what was happening, if the plan changed or something due to time constraints, but I mean the security people probably know what's going on, right? So we leave and put our lovely merch in the vehicle and get back in the VIP line. Then eventually we get let back in for the concert proper and it was awesome like I said.

Later on after the concert, I looked in the discord and noticed someone else posting about how security made us leave after getting our stuff, and Casey himself responded "That was a mistake for security. We stayed and signed a bunch of stuff from everyone who stayed downstairs.". Heartbreaking. I was looking forward to meeting with the band, maybe have them sign one of the shirts I bought or something, but the venue security screwed that up for me and others.

Like I said at the start, I place no blame on The Dear Hunter, they're wonderful guys and the show was amazing. I just wanted to share my experience. I hope that other venues don't have this issue with security railroading people out of one of the perks they paid for.

Does anyone have a video of the mind blowing guitar solo Casey had during ring 5? I was enjoying it in the moment and didn’t take any video but now I really want to watch it 😭

I saw TDH live in Chicago last night. It was incredible, I had an amazing time!

HOWEVER! Five years ago, I came across a thread on this subreddit about how Casey hates Red Hands and wants to distance himself from the song. So for five years, I still listened to Red Hands fairly often, but always felt slightly guilty, like Casey wouldn't want me to lol (I know plenty of jokes have been made about it on here since then, I'd just never seen them haha)

They played it last night, and the second I heard the intro my jaw DROPPED—my friend and the guy next to me were like "what?" and I was like "I thought they didn't play this live anymore! I thought Casey hated it!" and they both had no idea what I was talking about lmao

Anyway, glad that song is in fact not a thorn in his side, and very fun to hear the whole crowd singing "OH MY GOD WHAT HAVE I DONE"
