HB 233 in Tennessee would remove the entire marriage age requirement in the state.

HB 233 has been proposed by the GOP in Tennessee in an attempt for them to bypass Obergefell v. Hodges by making a separate marriage class, and would also cause the minimum age of marriage to be lowered.

So I am asking all of you in Tennessee to contact your local Representative and Senator in the Tennessee state legislature, and ask them to vote Nay on this legislation because it is disgusting and a blatant disregard of our constitution
