Would y’all fill out this survey for me please.
Have any spring transfers gotten their financial package/ seen how much their tuition is? I got accepted last week and I still haven’t gotten package and I don’t know how much my tuition will be.
hi I just got accepted to temple to be a freshman in 2025. I really want to be around nature/trails where I got to college. does Philly/temples campus have that?

Has anyone else received this text from Temple? Does this mean they will be returning decisions tonight?!
Keys are with the security in the architecture building
Hey guys! My transfer app for this spring semester was accepted! I'm looking to RSVP for orientation and the checklist I need to complete is to submit my enrollment deposit->get my student ID pic done->complete math and english assessments, then I'm set.
I submitted my enrollment deposit last week and got a confirmation email that it went through, but I haven't received any emails or noticed a place on the applicant portal to get the ball rolling on the rest of that checklist, i.e. getting my student ID pic done. Where do I go from here? Thanks in advance and I can't wait to join y'all!
Is it the end of the world?
No
Not really
The optics of it are pretty shitty though
Us, as college students, (justifiably) aren’t allowed to use AI for our work, but the university is allowed to? We have a fricking art school where they could’ve asked dozens if not hundreds of different people to draw a silly picture of an owl in temple gear. Lmao.
I am a freshman and I have done really bad this semester. It looks like after withdrawing from a couple classes I will end this semester with 11 credits, meaning even if i complete 18 credits next semester I won’t reach the 30 needed. What happens if I don’t reach that benchmark?
Also my parents are paying for my college right now, is there any way i can fix this (adding a class?) without them knowing?
I have a zoom interview at 1pm and I am currently on campus. There are no rooms available at the library so someone please tell me a good place to go where I can talk but also not have background noise around me please.
I am considering transferring to temple university to see whether or not the CS program is worth it over the BSECE track. I’m not sure, which one is worth it in terms of getting a job and networking. I understand that BSECE is difficult, but will going with CS be worth it more?
Hi i applied on October 27th early action for nursing. I don’t know around when i’m supposed to hear back but my application status is blank and im getting a little worried. Is it to early to call or email or should i just wait it out
so basically after somehow clutching the 1st midterm my quizzes were either a 2/20 or 18/20 for the rest of the semester. I also lowkey fumbled the 2nd midterm getting a 59 so my grade dropped to below 70%. we are done with quizzes so I only have the final exam left, my question is am I fucked for the finals and what bare minimum grade I need to pass? I'm good in order subjects so I can focus more on this satanic subject, jus wanna know if im finished or nah.
I hope everyone had a good thanksgiving break, as everyone knows finals week is approaching fast and this is the perfect time for distractions to hit and regrets to hit harder. This is my pledge and my wish for everyone to lock in. Incorporate meowing into your vocabulary. I know far too many people that say maybe instead of no, or get shamed when they do say no. That’s why you have to just meow at people when you have nothing else to say.
A friend invites you to go out drinking this weekend? Meow.
A frivolous woman with flirtatious invitations(stopping you from studying)? Meow.
A superficial man with chivalrous witticisms but hidden motivations (stopping you from studying)? Meow.
People kissing in the library without any sort of warning? Don’t join them, it’s a trap. Meow.
Someone finally mustered up the courage to talk to you and make a friend? Meow.
You got anonymously invited to the Temple Orgy club? Meow and forward it to the person above.
Your boys saying you can’t end the night on a loss? Your careers gonna end in a loss unless you meow.
Someone invites you to watch a Temple football game? Just say no, they’ll understand.
A random church goer asking you to go to church with them on Sunday? God ain’t saving you from what’s going to happen in a week. Meow.
Someone with no future plans or any goals in their lives, who is also chronically online saying you’ve changed, asking you to do anything with them? Meow permanently.
The perfect solution for almost every scenario. Trust me. Join the movement of meowing at least until we pass our classes this semester. Meow to show support.
Is anyone aware of the grades for pre-calc and calc will be curved this semester I’m almost at a 70 and I’m feeling pessimistic about the final so maybe people taking these classes can use that as a get out of jail free card but I’m not sure if they’ll do it any thoughts on this??
I just want a place to sleep cuz my dorm is too hot now
I'm attending a concert at the Temple PAC tomorrow (it's like the sixth one I've seen there) and it's always been a great experience. I usually show up early, get wristbanded around 2 and then chill in the library until they let in my ticket tier around 4.
The library being closed has thrown a bit of a wrench in my plans though. Will the 24/7 area still be publicly accessible? I'm not actually a student.
I'm friends with an alumni who said worst case the Student Center will be open, but I'm can't tell if I'll need an ID to get into there too.
Worst case I can just order food at Maxi's and chill there after I get wristbanded, but I'm usually count on the 24/7 area for the bathroom access.
Thanks in advance. I do really enjoy my experiences coming here.
I'm on academic warning right now and I think if I don't do well this semester or get a (2.07) I might get probation. Is there anyway I could take classes in the winter or do something to raise it during break?
I’m driving home from break and need to get parking for the last couple of weeks of the semester.
When I go on the parking website there is no way to buy parking for the rest of the semester. I usually park in the temple towers lot, but like I said, I don’t see it on the website
Do I have to go to the office to get a parking pass rather than online?
i applied early action for temple and thought i was supposed to hear back in like january but everyone is already hearing back? im getting scared because i haven't heard anything. i applied on october 29, am i gonna hear back soon?
Hey! I’m transferring into temple for spring 2025 and I’m looking for off-campus housing. I’m double majoring and I’d like to room with people in my major that are invested in the field so we can help each other grow and I won’t be so distracted by parties, etc. If all else fails though I’ll move wherever is closest to campus regardless of major. So lmk if you’re subletting or need a roommate!
Paid study
Hello,
I am currently doing my PhD and working on a side project for a startup idea. It is to use the orthotics and apply pressure on certain tissues. Participant must wear be female and wearing size 9 or above. It takes 40 minutes and reimburses $100. Please dm me if you are interested and I send more information! Thank you!
Graduate student I'd prefer to live alone since I need to study a lot every day. But I don't mind living with clean roommates.
If anyone has any pointers on where to look that would be appreciated! Thank you!
