Has anyone gone day of for the Innings Festival? Usually go every year, but only really want to see Kings of Leon this year. Were wrist bands available from scalpers, and were they just face value?
Thanks!

Anyone know what happened? I woke up to the first one, then saw a flash of light behind my curtains before the second one went off.
The Fantasy of Lights Street Parade + Tree Lighting is Friday 4-8pm. I want to take my kids for the first time. Any suggestions on 1) best place to park; 2) best spots for watching the parade? Thanks!
I do not have dental insurance and I have cracked my crown. Do you have a dentist that you would like to recommend?
Just saw 2 military fighter jets taking off to the East followed closely by an executive jet. Same trajectory. Anyone know if there was somebody important here?
Just moved back to AZ after living in Colorado for 9 years. Going to be living in Tempe temporarily for a month until my apartment is ready. Was just at hundred mile brewing company and saw a few people arrive from Running For Brews show up. I see they only meet every other Tuesday. Any other similar running clubs around?

Hi, I’m an international student (F-1) looking for a good indoor gun range in or near Tempe. My friends and I want to visit a place that rents guns to foreigners and has reasonable prices. Any recommendations?
Thanks!
Lowes and Home Depot don't have them yet.
Looking for an active toastmasters club. Emailed a bunch from the find a club page, but no one has responded from multiple clubs. Please share if you have one.
Sorry I really need to save up some money for a lot of reasons but I can't seem to get hired anywhere does anyone have any suggestions?
We’re heading to the homecoming parade tomorrow with some friends who are going to the game. We’re looking for a good spot to watch it afterwards—any recommendations? Thanks!
Looking for some free parking on Mill for the nightlife. I know it probably fills up fast but I would like to make an attempt before ponying up the dough for a garage. Preferably near Darkstar
I need a better LinkedIn in picture and I'm not very photogenic.
I saw some posts saying that Tempe High School and McClintock High Schools’ tracks are available for public use. Those are a couple years old so was wondering if that is still the case or if there are any other tracks available to use and at what times?
I am getting into TCGs and I'm looking for a local store to play at. Is anyone familiar with the culture at:
I've seen a lot on Reddit about bad game shops up in Phoenix that don't reflect the online reviews. I'm wondering if any Tempe stores have a similar reputation.
Buddies and I are looking for a group that is preferably two hand touch/flag football and not insanely sweaty. Please let me know if you know of any!
There was a place on forest ave. just north of the chuckbox and the tattoo parlor parking lot that was, I believe, a taiwanese restaurant. It was in a little complex of a few stores and had two floors. The restaurant had a sort of second level loft dining area.
Does anyone remember the name of the place? Did they move somewhere else or close? I was just thinking about it and remember liking the place - "the vibe". Also I sort of remember enjoying soke noodls dishes I got there. If its just closed, does anyone remember if it was Taiwanese or some other chinese style? Any recommendations similar to it on the food?
Hello r/Tempe Redditors. I'm recently unemployed, and aside from job searching and video games I haven't had many social / fun activities to do outside. I'm trying to get out more and meet more in person friends, but I don't drink and tend to lean nerdy with my activities, does anyone have any recommendations around Tempe / Mesa / Phoenix?
Forgive me for my ignorance as this is new to me. I’m wanting a 30-45 minute video shot and edited for YouTube. It’s could possibly extend to an hour and twenty minutes but it is a debate piece so not any action movements or anything just walking a few steps or a podcast
I’m still playing with the setup, but wanted to see if any of you could recommend companies or even individual people/ free lancers. Help me Tempe, thank you!
My favorite Tempe Mexican Spot was always TC Tacos on Southern before it closed. Since then I just haven’t found a place around Tempe I’ve liked as much. Something about the chicken & hot sauces at TC were just better than anything else I’ve tried around here.
Does anyone have a favorite Mexican take out spot that you’d suggest? Maybe one that has some good hot sauce options and a good chicken quesadilla?
Does anyone know a place to swim with kids indoors this winter? The Kiwanis Wave pool has very limited hours, and we are looking for something on the weekends.
I’m 23 and moving to the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe area soon. I’m looking for a luxury apartment in a neighborhood with a good mix of nightlife and young professionals. My budget is around $1,800 for a one-bedroom or studio.
Would like to be easily in nature and have things to do around me.
My job would be fully remote but dont have a car so would like access to gyms outside the building, and walkable coffee shops, stores, etc.
The best I've come up with is Camden Sotelo
Any ideas are appreciated
They are throttling traffic. I switched to my phone's mobile hotspot (Verizon) and have no issues. File a complaint.
I’m organizing a fun event at cul-de-sac next Thursday that I thought readers of the sub might be interested in.
It’s a Happy Hour for Better Biking to learn about the PeopleForBikes Foundation's work to transform millions of lives by making their communities better through bicycle infrastructure. From bike parks and singletrack trails to greenways and protected bike lanes, the PeopleForBikes Foundation is helping to create great places to ride in the Phoenix area and across the country.
As a fundraiser, people will have the opportunity to give to the Foundation and buy a raffle ticket for a brand new Lectric ebike. Funds will support our work to help local leaders win the bike infrastructure necessary to give people of all ages and abilities access to the joy of safe bicycling.
