As a kid Dadoria being a woman was my favorite joke in dbza, now that's not accidental but when I was watching dragon ball proper for the first time I thought both Frieza and Zarbon were female only to find out I was wrong with that misunderstanding as such a core memory of the show for me, so TFS making the one character I got correct a woman absolutely floored me as a kid. I'm almost sad that wasn't intentional or if it was they didn't bring it up in the commentary

My second watch many years after the first. Objectively the best DBZ experience you can have. Pissed the buu saga got minimized for reasons out of TFS's control, but it is what it is. The series was a comedy masterpiece, and stands up extremely well to the passage of time. And the work that these guys did to change aspects of the animation to fit better with the dialogue... Top notch.

I have one question, why doesn't TFS make an original Dragonball Z/ Super fan fiction? I am fairly certain that the art style of the original animation can be emulated. There's a fairly large number of db anime fanfictions available on yt, but none have the voice talent nor comedic talent of TFS— come to think of it, there aren't any comedic db anime fanfictions, the closest we have is DevilArtemis's work which is also amazing, but different.
